Clean hotel in the desertPosted Apr 19, 2014
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean but the beds a bit uncomfortable. Overall it is a good deal if you need a place to stay in Barstow.

Barstow, not a place to stopPosted Apr 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Had to go ask for coffee so we both could have a cup in AM. When I went and asked for coffee clerk made sure I understood that they didn't have coffee with the continental breakfast! [ thank heavens for Dennys down the street] No clock (not even a clock radio) in the room. Unit not real clean.

Hygiene issues at breakfastPosted Apr 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
The breakfast was very minimalist; the bread was in a plastic breadbox that was very soiled and unhygienic. The bread had been manhandled by past customers and there were no prongs to keep from touching bread that had been touched by others; one piece appeared to have a bite taken out of it! While old, aside from this, the hotel was very clean but in a somewhat funky route 66 neighborhood a bit off the Interstate.

Great one night stopover.Posted Apr 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Easy to find, friendly service, room was large. Shower could do with an update (but which older motels don't need this) but it was fine. This was a he night stopover with my family on the way to Las Vegas ans was great for that. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Clean; fine for overnight breaking up long drivePosted Apr 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is on the older side, nothing fancy about it, but was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very minimal toast and cereal but got us started in the morning. Was quiet on the Thursday night we were there. Convenient for an overnight to break up a long drive.
