The walls are super thin and you can hear everything. There was a dead cockroach in our room on the floor. The bathroom was very dingy and not very clean. The train track is right by the hotel and is extremely loud.

The room was totally unappealing and in need of a lot of work. The window was moldy, table had a chunk of wood missing, heater was coming off the wall, the wall had assorted holes in the paper, no soap at the sink, etc. This was our last time to use Expedia!

The room's furniture and fixtures are so run down that it's hard to say whether it's actually clean or not. No proper desk for a laptop.

This was easy to access off the freeway late at night. The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is very old and tired. It is dirty and falling apart. The beds, pillows, towels and sheets all are past their best.

Checked in @ 3pm. Carpet on stairs needed vacuuming. Lights out in foyer for rooms 231 & 229. Not quite up to the Ramada standards. Rooms has a cracked frame on the artwork hanging on the wall. Bathroom has paint peeling off the walls. Room carpet seems to lack the cushion underneath it.

The property is very outdated and not kept up at all. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. They are not even close. This property is really run down. The location was close to a older movie theater and plenty of places to eat.
Will never stay there again.

Our room had ripped curtains, broken dresser, carpet tac strip missing and staples poking up,mold throughout the entire bathroom including paint falling off. Peeling wallpaper. And blood splatters by the headboard. When asked to speak to the manager I was rudely told there was none. My concerns were not addressed. Would not recommend this stay to anyone. And it was very obvious drugs were being used as the smell was overwhelming!

Our room was big. The property was in decent repair and was obviously being kept up and even upgraded in some areas. Night check-in ent very smoothly. Morning desk staff was unable to answer a simple question about our pet deposit.
Hot breakfast options: oatmeal, toast, scrambled eggs, seasoned potatoes.

It is misrepresented by the pictures online. The place has a dirty smell The carpets are soiled and old. The lady was rude and didn’t try to help. I was having trouble logging into the Wi-Fi.
Expedia shouldn’t try to fool pet this way.

All the carpet and furniture had stains. Holes spackled on the walls. Place is in need of a renovation. I only stayed because I had been on the road for 16 hours and was exhausted. My wife would have never stayed there, it was possibly slightly better than the tents I slept in Iraq.

The facility is outdated. Rooms were not clean. The carpet was dirty and towels were dirty. There was even a hand towel with holes in it! One sheet had what looks like cigarette burn marks. Their system was also down.

It is the middle of July and the pool was closed. There should be a way to denote this on the Expedia site. Also, the site claims they have cribs but then we were told that now they are suddenly a fire hazard. After a long day out with family, we could not immediately get into our rooms because when we were checked in the first clerk did not activate our keys for our full stay. The breakfast and the breakfast lady however was great.
