"Furniture/beds in the actual room are pretty outdated, but the inside of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We were fairly needy as tourists and every staff encounter was very welcoming, informative, and helpful. Perfect location walking distance to most everything you’d want to do in central Vienna. "
