Enjoyed the stay overall, the location is excellent, and the hotel is very clean and classy. No fan in the bathroom made parts of the stay uncomfortable as ventilation was very poor. Not that we used the television, but it was extremely dated for a 4-5 star hotel. The towel dryer was disabled, as I believe they all are. Price was reasonable, and the room was spacious, all in all a very nice hotel, but with several issues that I wouldn't have expected for a hotel of its 'class.'

We had only one night in Vienna during an 18 hour layover. Your hotel was perfectly located in the old part of town. With but a few hours we were guided well on how to see as much as possible in that amount of time. Was suggested we go to Umar for fish and it was extraordinary.

Lovely room with welcome chocolates and water. Hot power shower every night. Slightly unnerving translucent bathroom door so could see where my partner was in there! Super comfy bed. View onto street but not a problem. Breakfast was varied and had a lot of choices. No restaurant for evening meals though. Staff very helpful.

It's a fine hotel -- but for the price, it should include working Internet. 160+ euros a night, but an extra 8 euro to get internet that works. The internet package that comes included with the room is slower than internet I've used in parts of rural Afghanistan. Not cool.

You couldn't ask for a better location. The staff was excellent
The rooms were simple but efficient, showers were a little difficult because water would go all over the floor. We were there two different weekends of the same week, in one bedroom our bed was up against the wall which made it difficult to get out of bed.

Superb hotel with an ideal location. The hotel itself and the room are perfect elegance. The staff are professional, friendly, helpful, and courteous. A special Thank you to the head Concierge who was extremely helpful and informative and helped us make the most of our visit to Vienna's attractions and restaurants. Will definitely be back

The hotel is located in a great location, steps away from Stefansdom and a U-bahn station. Staff were freindly & spoke English well. Included breakfast was great, with many choices and all tasty with terrific fresh breads. Beds were very firm, while pillows were very thin (but large enough to fold over for more comfortable thickness). The sofa bed mattress was especially hard. Room was a good size, with roomy bathroom & shower. Elevators came fast. Even overlooking the street, room was quiet with window shut. Several good restaurants close by,while the Italian restaurant on the hotel's ground floor was OK. The Very close U-bahn station with 2 lines gives easy access to the whole city, & airport too (S-bahn #7 between Wein Mitte station & airport). Get the Wochenkart if you can (valid Monday-Sunday specifically) for best transit deal. Vienna Card (transit plus many small museum discounts for 3 days) may not always be a good deal. Look for senior (over 60) or student discounts instead.

This is a truly 5 star hotel. I had an 8 night stay, and every day I was pleased I had made the choice.
The restaurants are excellent.
The service from the staff is superb (they even hunted down some delivery pizza for me).
The bath/shower was one of the best I've ever experienced. I wish I could take the shower with me.
The hotel is in short walking distance of everything within the Ringstrasse.
There is a tremendously wonderful steakhouse behind the hotel.
A/C had problems and had to be serviced several times. Wouldn't have been an issue with the weather, but there was only one operable window in my room on the 1st floor, and most of it is covered in Plexiglas!
Had a massage and a couples treatment. Nice, but very overpriced for what you get. I'd look elsewhere if possible for spa (I did not price any other, so it may be the going rate)

Most travellers to Vienna will spend the majority of their time exploring the Innenstadt (centre). Neatly circumscribed by the Ringstrasse, this area is largely pedestrianised, with quaint cobbled streets and medieval squares. The city's focal point is the Gothic spire of the Stephansdom and key attractions include the huge Hofburg palace and the Spanish Riding School.
