Close to River and SitesPosted Aug 22, 2014
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful, and was able to direct us where we wanted to go. Hotel is also very close to the Hop On Hop Off bus stop (few minutes away).

Hotel with pull-up bedPosted Aug 9, 2014
We booked two rooms. One for ourselves and one for our children. Our room had proper bed which was fine. However, the children room had pull-up bed. The air conditioning in the children's room wasn't working and the room was close to the main road. Quite noisy with cars and trams passed by.

Would stay here next time in viennaPosted Jul 25, 2014
Excellent location, 5-10minute walk from the train station where the high speed train from the airport (CAT) gets in. This takes 16 minutes only and costs €12 each way, or cheaper if you buy a return. From this station you can also catch the u-bahn to see the sights in the city and to get to schonbrunn palace. Vienna is a lovely compact city so all major attractions are a 20-30 minute walk from the hotel. Which in a city as beautiful as vienna is a pleasure. Surrounding the hotel there are numerous restaurants, a pharmacy, park and a supermarket. Handily as the apartments come with self catering facilities. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Free wifi and some English news channels on the TV. Although I didn't use it, the hotel staff told me there was an on site gym which guests had access to.

Average facilities but well situated for centrePosted Jul 12, 2014
Cons: Air conditioning setting which was very poor and the unit badly located away from the sleeping area. The view of a brick wall!
Location: Close to the underground and well serviced generally.
Had a lovely view of a wall. I asked for a view of the river on arrival but was told it was not possible as fully booked. When the reception manager first checked our booking and said, oh you have booked through expedia his tone changed. From then on I felt we were being offered a second class service!

Nice location for walking ViennaPosted May 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is close to several train stops and tram stops. We easily walked to the city center every day. The room had a trundle bed, which we left down during our entire stay. It was very cramped with the bed down, but it was still workable. We stayed over 3 days, so our room was not cleaned and no towel changes, but we knew that when we made the reservation. The room was clean. The internet worked well. Front desk staff was helpful. When we checked in the reception person told us local calls were included, but when we checked out, we owed .40, which was not big deal, but the reception person acted like I was making it up. I had no issue paying the .40 and just felt like the staff person was saying I was trying to cheat them of .40. The AC doesn't get cool, no matter how cold you have it set, it just was always the same temperature. Having the kitchenette was very handy.

Great HotelPosted May 26, 2014
Pros: Everything - location, clean, internet/wifi, kitchen, no cleaning, quiet
Location: Walkable to centre but close to Arts museum, Billa supermarket, chemist & restaurants, great location & near to all transport links
Location great - 30 steps to the tram, 200 yards to U or bus ! Helpful staff. Modern clean apartment with all mod cons. Kitchenette great for that vital cup of tea & full size fridge. Liked the twin beds & twin duvets as was very warm when we were there so good to have your own space. Excellent a/c. Very quiet (had inside room). Recommended.

Great location, 10 minute walk to historic centerPosted May 20, 2014
Pros: Location and efficiency kitchen
Arrived from the U.S. at 9am and were provided a room even though check-in isn't until 3pm. Pleasant and helpful employees. Ten minute walk to the CAT (City Airport Train) and an easy walk to historic sites and parks. Close to many grocery markets and stores (rooms have efficiency kitchens).
