Perfectly situated to see a lot of the sights of Vienna. The room was well appointed and the building was beautifully kept. Great food right next door at Püstners. Would recommend to anyone!

Fabulous stay in a beautiful location. The rooms were large and well equipped. The view amazing. Everything you need was there. Walking distance to town, easy check in, beautiful apartment. The woman who checked us in made a reservation for dinner at a wonderful restaurant l. We had a wonderful stay!

Stop looking! This is THE place. Clean, safe, friendly, gorgeous interiors, spacious, comfortable beds, updated rooms in an older mansion (combo of old details with new convenience). We had the best stay here. All the niceties and very thoughtful appointments and services. The front desk people were amazing. And bag storage!

It was exactly as promised. The room was quite large, we had a small kitchenette and a great espresso maker. It was clean and quiet. The building was lovely and staff was excellent. Only issue is that in our studio there were two steps inside the room between the bedroom and the bathroom...little challenging in the middle of the night so if that is an issue for you, ask ahead of time! Loved it!

Our stay at this property was excellent, mostly down to the location and cleanliness and the first receptionist that checked us in, she was fantastic. The room did get quite warm so was recommended to open the windows which helped and the pillows were so filled we couldn't sleep. Eventually we got flatter pillows, however it did take some convincing the guy on reception at 11pm at night to send up some replacements. He initially suggested we wait for house keeping in the morning which was ridiculous since we couldn't sleep with the pillows we had.

It’s hard to dislike anything in Vienna. That said, I had a difficult time communicating with the staff prior to our arrival. Email was missed…too complicated to get into. I think we were put into the cheapest unit in the classification of room we booked. There were stairs inside the unit without a handrail. I had specifically filtered for no stairs when I searched because I have severe problems with my balance. How we got that unit I will never know and I was told there was nothing else available. The Concierge staff was mixed. Some were extremely helpful, some were lackadaisical. There were several little things that were missing from the room, like soap in the bathtub, for one. But it was clean and close to the best neighborhood.

We loved this place. They made a special effort to make it particularly charming, including things such as scented reception area and pillows. The in-room kitchen was convenient. We were happy to have a bathtub. The building is beautiful. The price was reasonable and the quality was extremely high.

Excellent property to stay in ,they control heating which was good ,but bedroom was little cold at night but we took our hotwater bottles which we left for other tenants if they didn’t remove them.walking distance to shops and restaurants, easy to get food to cook also.loved having dining area .only problem we had was getting in we rang bell for reception 4 times no answer, we were lucky another tenant came and let us in told us to go reception first floor when we got there we said couldn’t get in they said didn’t hear bell. Take good couple walking shoes we did about 28 thousand steps a day .fantastic place would definitely recommend me and my daughter loved it better than a hotel

I'm quite sure I'll never stay in a room this nice or this large again in my life. Inexplicably, we were bumped up to a huge suite. The furnishings were immaculate and well matched to the apartment. The apartment was better than I expected!! Spacious & clean & terrific location! Any questions we had were promptly answered. Did have trouble using the key to outside door, so just rang bell, and was immediately buzzed in.

Great central apartment
Very comfortable and central apartment hotel. We had a studio room which was on the top floor. It was well set up for our 4 day stay. Small kitchenette with coffee pod machine (they refill your pods each day), microwave and cooktop. Plus all the cooking equipment you might need. The building has a beautiful old lift, but it works like a charm! Excellent laundry service. Full load of washing done for 10 euro, great value.

This property is very well located in the center of major attractions. The building is charming with beautiful old elevator, rooms are small but adequate equipped with kitchenette stuffed with dishes refrigerator, coffee machine and tea pot. Service immaculate. Enjoy.

Stayed in a studio apartments. Great value for money in central Vienna and spotlessly clean. Staff super nice and helpful. Whilst not boutique hotel luxury, they get the basics right - comfy bed, black out curtains, soundproofing etc. Highly recommend, especially to those travelling with families.

We absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful building, restaurants, grocery everything you need on a quiet street in the center of Vienna. Easy walking for sightseeing. Friendly helpful staff. Definitely recommend this appartement hotel. Super clean. I would stay here again on my next visit to beautiful Vienna! 5 stars
