Nice and Cozzy!Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Spacious room and convenient access
Cons: nothing speciall
Location: close to city center. 30mins by walk to Cityhall
It was very comfotable to stay. Though I arrived at the apartment late, it was very easy to get key. Convenient to approach all the historic places, but little far with children, but close access to Tram. I will visit again this apartment next time again.

Silverfish, loud traffic, no A/C and no sleepPosted Jul 10, 2014
If you like bugs, loud traffic, no AC, a bar and taxi stand and loud nights, then this is the hotel for you! If you want a good night's sleep, then look elsewhere. I spend 100 nights per year in hotel rooms, and this was my worst 2 nights in over 10 years. Staff and owner were friendly, however this does not make up for the overall experience. .

Nice apartment very close to city centerPosted Dec 2, 2013
Cons: No washer and dryer. We could not turn on the TV
Location: Location was the most important for us and the apartment was centrally located.
We arrive late, the keys were in a lock box, excellent instructions. Near city center.

Good location, but be aware of reception hour.Posted Oct 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
When i made reservation I didn't know the reception closed early (my bad). When we arrived it was Saturday 2:30 p.m. And nobody was there. Fortunately building's entrance door was left opened (due to movers)and I got helped by kind housekeeping lady. She made phone call to some people, gave us key, and instruction for parking. Next morning we could check in properly again in the reception and got information for sightseeing. Apartment was very clean, spacious but little bit awkward with glass enter acne door. Location of apartment was very good. Tram station was right in front of it and lots of shops, bank, post office are near. We could walk to Stephen's Cathedral and other places too. Although we use covered parking ,spaces are only for 2 car and not so big. But they said street parking is also possible. Make sure you arrived with instruction or in time. During our stay the entrance door of building was always remained locked.

Thin walls and not reception areaPosted Oct 11, 2013
Overall it was OK. Unfortunately we could hear CLEARLY the night activities which were taking place in the room above us... a bit too clearly and didn't really need to hear All that was going on. There is no reception area and even though we asked for a non smoking room, our room smelled of smoke. I guess you get for what you pay for.

Overall not bad , the dishwasher was broken, towels were not changed in 4 days, smoke continually wafted up through the hallways.

Check room firstPosted Jul 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
We had a booking for 3 people yet when we arrived, only one bed was made. We were given two other room choices and the 3rd choice worked better for us. However the room was not as nice as the first room, though larger. We had to ask for burnt out ceiling light bulbs to be replaced and for toilet paper. The bathroom fan was broken and taken out and placed on the floor and not fixed for the week we were there. Overall the place works but it is basic. Good location, esp if you have a Vienna card. Use of clothes washer cost 5 euros/load however the dryer is free.
