“Would definitely recommend!”

Great hotel within walking distance of city center. Luxurious buffet breakfast. Our room was spacious and bathroom was renovated 2 weeks ago. A/C was better than most in Europe. Concierge was well informed and helpful with recommendations. Would definitely use this hotel again.

“A Very Pleasant Surprise”

We spent four nights at the hotel in late August. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the room was good and the breakfast was exceptional. We had a wonderful stay and its hard to find a problem. It was good value for money.

“One night stay”

We stayed only one night at the Kaiserhof, but our experience was extremely pleasant. We arrived at the hotel around 11am and were told to our surprise, that our room was ready for us. This was quite unexpected due to the time of day, but much appreciated as we had been traveling for several hours. Our room was clean, neat and nicely appointed. Bathroom was modern with plenty of towels and amenities. There is a steam room and sauna on the first floor. For this, the hotel provided us with robes, slippers and bottled water free of charge. Breakfast was excellent with much to choose from. Hotel staff was attentive and helpful with arranging restaurant reservations and transportation. We wished we could have stayed longer.

“Comfy and close”

Kaiserhof BW was great! Close to the Technical University, Resselpark and blocks from the Concerthaus, it was an easy location tucked into the block. The room was generous and free wifi and breakfast, along with coffee/tea in the room made it perfect. Thanks for a welcoming stay in Vienna!

“Excellent Hotel; Awesome Staff!”

The Kaiserhof Hotel is in a good location just outside the "Ring" and just a few blocks from the Karlsplatz Underground station. Also, a city Tram stop is one block away. Our travel in the city was very easy and the hotel staff were very helpful providing city maps and directions as needed. Every staff member was friendly and constantly smiling. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. We truly appreciated our problem-free stay at this hotel.

“Wonderful and memorable stay”

The hotel is quiet and conveniently located to all attractions within the city center. The room is spacious; however, the bathroom is a little small. The hotel receptionists are superb in their attitudes and professional manners. Their recommendation and help in getting directions and concert tickets are excellent.

“A very good quiet hotel in the city center”

The hotel is situated almost in the city center (one U-bahn station from Stephansplatz). Nevertheless it turned out a rather quiet place, besides it seemed to me that the hotel had a good sound proofing. There is a restaurant and the Billa supermarket in the neighborhood, and also if you travel in December, there is a Christmas market on Karlsplatz. The hotel pretends to look in old style, but with that has quite new furniture in the rooms. For me personally there was a pleasant surprise - presence of a kettle and tea-bags in the room (the matter is that lately in many hotels they prefer to provide rooms with coffee machine). The other surprising thing, that was discovered by me was... a soap dish in the bathroom. Of course it wasn't a big deal, but I would say quite an unusual thing for hotels. My room was rather large, but it was luxury one (standard rooms had been sold at the moment I booked). The breakfast was good enough (at least for a short stay). Despite on overall pleasant impression, there was a couple of things which weren't so good. I stayed in December, and it was a bit of cool in the room. Perhaps it was so, because my room was on the top floor, right under the roof. There was a local cool-heating system, but there was also a notice that it worked only in the summer period. In addition the blankets were too short and narrow for me. Thought perhaps, these problems could be solved at the reception, but I had a short stay, and it didn't bother me too much...
