Rude customer service/far away from the city

Rude and unprofessional, horrible customer service. The address on Hotels.com was wrong so we spent 1 hour walking to find this place and when I called them they said they can't help me so I have to figure it out. There is nothing around the hotel, you have to take the train to get to the city (30min). It is located closer to the airport but if you want to be close to the city this is not the place. Our room was in another building where we had to walk 5 min to get to. You need to have a car if you are staying at this hotel. We had really bad experience with the front desk people, rude, liars and un-professional.
