“Wonderful hotel in Vienna”

What a charming hotel in the midts of everything one might be interested! Staff is beyond every imagination. They perfectly answered all my questions. I asked them for directions to the hotel from the bus station. They didn't know about that particular bus service, but looked it up on the internet and gave us cristal clear instructions to get there. The restaurant that they had recommended was great (Wiener, I will write a great review for the restaurant also). Breakfast was really good. I don't know what else to say. I know that I'll be going there and staying with them again. Great service, fantastic place. Congratulations for such a great job.

Our stay at Hotel Am Brillantegrund in May 2012 was lovely with a good price.

“Good location, but lacks cleaniness”

This is a good, though not great, budget hotel closely located to Westbanholf. However, the hotel is showing its age and could use some renovations. The bed was very comfortable. However, I notice they didn't change the sheets, and shampoo and bath soap were missing. Luckily I brought my own.

“OK but worn.”

Its clean but pretty worn and tired. Kind of a trip back to the 80s. Location was great. Breakfast good. The room is pretty basic. You don't realize how important a tea maker is until you dont get one. The staff was almost invisible - not especially helpful. Nothing wrong here for the money but I'd check out the other alternatives too.
