“Convenient, good value”
I like this place in general. It's very close to the U1 station. The room is quite spacious. I had some trouble with the internet connection during the first day but later it was fine (for the technical-minded, it seemed to have trouble connecting to the hotel proxy server). The breakfast buffet has pretty good selection of food and there are some changes everyday. The staff is friendly and professional. I think the place should be suitable for family.
“Very Good Hotel”
Rooms were large, with separate luggage room a plus and the bathtub was deep, great for a calming bath. The breakfast buffet provided was amazing with more than everthing you need to start your day. I highly recommend this hotel.
“We'll stay here again.”
This hotel provides a perfect setting for those who wish to visit the inner city on foot or via the UBahn. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was perfect for any appetite. My husband and I highly recommend staying here.
“Wonderful (but hot)”
As noted above - the rooms are not air conditioned, and the windows barely open, which made it extremely HOT during my mid-July visit. I asked for a room fan, and although they did not have one available right away, they put one in my room on my 2nd or 3rd day there. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay. Wonderful location, extremely helpful staff, nice rooms, INCREDIBLE breakfast buffet, very nearby several restaurants. Nice place to stay if you are attending a conference at Reed Messe Wien, as it is only two metro stops away.
“Excellent”
Location is steps from the subway. Fairly easy to get to from the airport. Great daily breakfast buffet. Great and helpful staff.
“Very convenient place to stay”
This hotel is very conveniently located to both the "U" (subway) and "S" (regional train) lines. It was a matter of ease to commute into the city center for a conference, either by walking, or via the subway. The "superior" rooms were quite large for European standards (comparable to an American hotel room), and I found them to be quite clean and comfortable. The prices are extremely reasonable for what you are provided, both for the room (includes a free breakfast buffet) and for internet (3.95 euros a night for more than 3 nights). Of course, it is not a "luxury" hotel (the towels are quite thin), but it is more than worth the price. Of note, most hotels (and buildings) in Vienna do not have air conditioning. The room was quite pleasant in July even without it, and I even occasionally used a blanket at night.
“Vienna's Best Hotel”
Nice, clean, not too expensive - especially with Expedia. I use it for 18 years!
“Good hotel”
Nice, clean, not too expensive - especially with discount. Very convenient for UNO City business - just 3 stops via subway, and the station right in front of the reception. Close to the city center. Good inexpensive wireless internet connection. Friendly staff. Nice restaurants in 100-200 m distance - especially if one likes spare ribs Viennese style :) The only inconvenience (albeit pretty bearable) - breakfast restaurant is not spacey enough and is sometimes getting a bit crowded. However, general impression is very positive.
“Pleasantly surprised”
Not knowing the area in Vienna, we were pleased to find the hotel an easy walk to the subway as well as to the center of the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and helped us with maps and other info. Our room was more than spacious, and the continental breakfast was very generous.
“A great hotel”
Capri is a relatively cheap hotel, for VIenna standards, and its greatest asset is that it is right by the subway and two short stops from the center. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very nice.
