Pros: Great location, right next to the beautiful Secession.
Cons: Rooms are small.
It provides for a pleasant stay at a decent rate. Nothing spectacular, as rooms are rather small. Clean and tidy. Welcoming staff. The location is its strongest side.

Perfect location, good price/performance

Posted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: Location, room size and facilities.
Cons: Why deposit is required if all charges ar paid in advance?
Location: Hotel is very close to Vienna downtown and all famous sights, e.g. Albertina, Burg, Stephansdome, Staatsoper, Museumsquarter, Kertner Strasse etc.
The hotel is perfectly located, just right at Nassmarket and Ring. Room is big enough, well equipped and clean. Parking is available in the hotel garage for extra charge. Breakfast was not inlcuded in room price an it is rather expensive. It is worth to have it in the market which is about 100 meters from the hotel. Staff is ok. I was a bit disapponted because of the EUR 50 deposit they required at check-in because we paid everything in advance. I recommend the hotel because of its good location and good value for money.

4 day break in Vienna

Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, efficiency of staff and clean and comfortable room. Also, the space in the room. The location was excellent to see Central Vienna.
Cons: An extractor fan in the bathroom and bigger towels for bath/showering.
Location: Secession Building right across the road. Shopping, eating out, Museums and Imperial Palace within walking distance. Underground 5 minutes from hotel
Checked in and staff very pleasant and helpful. Hotel appeared well kept, clean and modern. Small reception area but didn't use bar though. Sitting there with a coffee would have been pleasant. No stair option and 1 lady found the fact there were 2 x floor 1's on lift buttons confusing! One goes to rooms and one to breakfast area. Room very spacious and as 15 year old daughter with us this was great for all her clobber! Great that we could check out so late, 12 noon, and that we could leave our bags free of charge until we were ready to leave at the end of the day. Bath towels a little small but ok. Air Conditioning modern and effective. The general feel of hotel is cosy and friendly (not a huge number of rooms), slightly lacking character, it is a chain hotel, but generally our stay was excellent. Well placed for Vienna Central and a short walk to underground. Also shopping area nearby. Didn't manage a visit, but the beautiful looking Secession Building literally across the road from hotel.

This hotel is very good

Posted Jul 28, 2014
We had 3 nights in Vienna and when we got used to the city realised the hotel excellently placed for everything walking to the main tourist spots and when they were to far a short walk to the underground. The facilities in the hotel are good and would highly recommend it.

air conditioning controls did not work. Coffee maker was good. Breakfast is overpriced and crowded.

Need to turn on air conditioning

Posted May 31, 2014 on Hotels.com
Everything great about this hotel except for the lack of room cooling. The temperature was extremely warm 85 plus and the room was quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the heating and cooling had been turned off so there were no cooling options except to open the windows that faced an apartment complex. The apartment and hotel dwellers got a pretty good show. If travelling in May, be aware of this as it might be difficult to sleep and occupy the room during the day at night due to the heat.

awesome location, stupid breakfast menu

Posted May 21, 2014
Pros: location, staff
Cons: breakfast
Location: everything is walking distance (< 1.5km).
The hotel is in a great location. It's right by a subway stop and walking distance to everything you'll want to see. We didn't get early check-in, but they did take our bags. They have a ridiculous breakfast menu with prices that don't make sense, so we didn't even bother with it. The staff all spoke English and were helpful with info on where to find a 24 hr grocery store. There are fridges in the room to store food, but you'll have to sort out the mini-bar crap they load it with. I would stay here again.
