“Nice and clean.”

I spend a nice night in this hotel. It was very nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast is amazing. Never had such a nice complimentary breakfast in any US hotels. Would stay again.

“Great hotel in Vienna!”

You can literally see this hotel from the Westbahoff train station. Vienna doesn't have one big train station like most cities (they're doing construction on one now), but rather 3 large stations spread throughout the city. The good news is, it is very easy to get around via the Underground system. From the the Westbahnhoff station, you can take the U3 or U6, which will quickly and easily take you to the other main inter-city train stations, and right to the city center. Since the hotel is about a block from the train station, it is nearly impossible to get lost. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and awesome. They answered all of our dumb questions (like "how do I buy a train ticket?") with the utmost patience and friendliness. They also booked a tour for us that picked us up right from the hotel. The room itself was comfortable and a little fancy (they upgraded us to a super for free!), the breakfast good but expensive. There was a nice shower and it was clean, decorated well, and there are prints from Vienesse artists all over the hotel.

Very nice hotel just a hop skip and a jump away from the Westbahnhof train station in Vienna. The included buffet breakfast is bountiful and of good quality. You can have complimentary champagne with your breakfast, if you desire. My room was nice and clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. No lumps or bumps, etc. I don't like feather pillows, but that's not that big of a deal. The bathroom was nice and even included a little yellow rubber ducky to use in the bath tub. Cute. My only complaint is that the hotel is not equipped with air conditioning. I visited in the summer time, so the heat was a bit of an issue when I returned to my room at the end of the day. I requested a fan for my room and one was brought up promptly. Luckily, Vienna doesn't get too hot, so a fan was enough to cool me off. I stayed in a "Superior Room" room with a double bed. I'm not sure what made this room classed "Superior" vs. "Standard." The size of the room would be considered small in the United States, but in Europe it is a pretty standard size. Big enough to relax in at the end of the day, but you couldn't throw a very big party in it. The nearby train station is a great jumping off point for site seeing around Vienna and also has an internet cafe, Cash Point/ATM, a small grocery store, post office, and a couple of fast food restaurants (Subway sandwiches).

This hotel is well-placed and easily accessed to the airport by bus and to the main shopping street of Vienna. However, it's a typical chain hotel without much unique character. But at a good price and great location, it makes a very suitable option in Vienna.
