Location - Excellent - Very close to the city centre Staff - Friendly - Apart from checkout (paid no attention to the response of ‘how was your stay’, followed by head shaking and grinning as if our feedback was worthless). Maintenance of Building - Incredibly Poor (lift broken, air con broken, beds awful, heating broken, paper thin walls and doors). The location was fantastic, but for the price paid, we expected better, prepare for some sleepless nights!

The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great! And the food in the restaurant was excellent.

Nice surprise
Had an amazing stay and we’re surprised to receive a free city guided walking tour voucher from The hotel. The guide was excellent . Did really enjoy every minute of it.

The reception staff were very kind and professional and the hotel is in a great location and very clean. We asked for two rollaway beds in each of our rooms. They did supply them without a problem but both of them were of such terrible quality, it was impossible to sleep. One of them was actually a foldout chair. It was awful and my children were exhausted after two nights of not sleeping. It's is unfair to sell rooms with that feature when they are of such poor quality. The bathrooms are tiny and there isn't enough room for toiletries.

Great stay
Great stay, very quiet room although very central location. Also, the humidity in the room was very low and it was quite stuffy which made it a lil uncomfortable to sleep. But overall it was a good stay

Great hotel in central location
Great hotel in central but quiet location. Helpful and friendly staff. Room on small side but perfect for business trip, and the shower was good. Food is restaurant great for vegetarians. Overall not luxury but good Value and I’d definitely return

Well located Vienna hotel.
I've stayed at this hotel before. Excellent location, close to most amenities and public transport. Friendly service. Complimentary still and sparkling water in fridge in room. Room clean and quiet. Lots of eating options nearby.

Hotel is tucked away in a bit of a side street so it was very quiet during the night. Felt very safe. Staff were particularly helpful. Ive stayed here before and will stay here again when im next in vienna.

Great area to stay in Vienna. Vibrant & Bussy. Lots of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops and a walkable distance from transport and main attractions. Only down (for us though) is that the A/C wasn’t very strong and we struggled with the heat sleeping but maybe it was just us used to colder weather.

Very good mid-range hotel in an excellent location
We enjoyed our stay very much. We found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The room and bathroom are a bit small, but we had no problems. Friendly staff and great wifi. This is a good place to stay.
