Great breakfast! Excellent room. Staff in the lobby always had gingerbread cookies and hot punch for guests! Such a treat at the end of a busy day!

Nice hotel close to the city heart
Nice hotel 10 minutes' walk from the city hall and 5 minutes walk from the tram (line 2). The staff was very friendly, and the room was comfort. Breakfast was very good and rich. The only problem was with the room made who did not clean the floor properly.

Good venue, close to the city centre and in walkable distance to many of the main attractions. Hotel was clean and comfortable with a great breakfast! Staff were helpful - only downside was that the hotel does not respond to emails very quickly if you are looking for information prior to your stay. Would recommend though as a good base when visiting Vienna

The room was very clean and spacious. Bath room and toilet in separate. Excellent breakfast and the staff was extraordinary; we asked for soy milk and they fill this request immediately 😊. Very enjoy it

Just spent 2 nights at Hotel Zipser. 5 -10 mins walk to Rathaus and number 5 stop for Hop on Hop off Big Bus which we were able to buy from the hotel reception. About 15 mins pleasant walk to MuSeums Quartier. Great little independent jazz bar next door which made us very welcome. Really great mix of clientele. Even happy to do us toasties at midnight! Other restaurants within 2 mins walk included Indian (great food), Persian, pizzeria, tapas, other cafes and bars ! Room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly including chambermaids, breakfast staff and day and night reception staff. Chambermaid Came running to reception to give me My earrings I had left! Reception gave me a plug adaptor to borrow and also offered umbrellas. Also happily printed our boarding passes. Breakfast was excellent. Such good value for money. Will head back to Vienna as amazing city of which we only scraped the surface and would stay at Hotel Zipser again!

Central location, but construction area. The standard room was quite ordinary with old furniture, view faced other hotel room windows, walls should be cleaned, more electric plugs are needed. Breakfast was very nice.

These rooms are nice and spacious, modern and have a large bathroom with double sink. We’d definitely stay here again. Zipser is nice and close to everything!

This Hotel is in a great location just outside the main city centre. The breakfast is good with a big selection of food. There are multiple bars and restaurants within close walking distance. Try the Spanish Tapas restaurant across the road or the Italian just round the corner from it.
