Cons: I was not happy with the shower, most of the time the water was cold. I couldn't get the water to be warm.
Location: The location was great.
We were happy with the hotel. The breakfast is too expensive

Short Autumn trip

Posted Oct 1, 2014
Pros: Location, helpful staff, facilities.
Cons: The lighting in the main lifts could be brighter, if you don't hit the right floor button before the doors close its difficult to see which to press.
Arrived early morning 10am, checked in and luggage stored till room was ready, helpful staff. Didn't spend too much time in hotel as it was located in a perfect place for sightseeing, we spent all our time in the Museum/Historic quarters and in the shops of course.

Excellent location

Very good experience overall. However the bathroom shower does not have a door!! Not a good idea. Despite this, everything is nice.

Great Location

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: Pool, Steam room, sauna and the quietness of the rooms - no street noise whatsoever!
The hotel overall is great. We could not fault the location as it is very close to the Opera House which made sightseeing very easy. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. The only negative was the fridge in our room did not work and even after mentioning to the housekeeping staff it was not fixed during our stay which meant the free drinks provided in the room were warm which was not a big deal but thought the hotel would have done more to correct it. Overall a really wonderful stay, definately a recommendation and would defiantely stay again.

Splendid artsy hotel on the Ring

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Spacious room, amenities such as free mini-bar and coffee, location, quiet and comfort.
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Two blocks to metro station, Museum Quartier, excellent cafes and restaurants--don't miss the Naschmarkt just a short walk away.
What didn't I love about this hotel? Having to leave! Excellent location on Opernring meant this weary traveller could easily take the CAT to catch the metro and emerge with the glorious Opera House in front of me, and then walk two blocks to the left and there was Le Meridien. My room was on the top floor and had garret windows so it was very open and spacious, very clean and modern décor and enormous--huge area for the bed, TV and two comfy chairs, then another big area with a desk, closet, in-room coffee, ironing board and iron, and finally a big bathroom with joy of all joys, a separate tub. The bed was perfect with a fluffy duvet, free mini-bar was great, rack to hang things I had washed, spacious shower and coffee/tea pot was very much appreciated, A/C that kept it just right. My room was on the corner with a service room next to it so I never heard a peep and slept soundly every night. Linens and overall housekeeping were spotless. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and certainly plan to return.

Amazing hotel

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: Simple - everything.
Cons: Nothing.
A fantastic hotel in an amazing location in the heart of Vienna. Metro station is 5 minutes walk away and some excellent restaurants are long the same street. The hotel has a Le Moët Bar attached and the staff could not have been more helpful. The fitness area has a jacuzzi and a pool and there's free wifi throughout. In summary - book this hotel.
