Exceptional roomsPosted Jun 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
The rooms here are finished to a high standard with a lovely living room space, very comfortable beds and a shower that you don't want to leave. We wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended. Only problem was with house keeping, they did not clean out the bins and did not restock the Nespresso coffee capsules. But, don't let this minor detail stop you from this otherwise lovely property.

Nice hotel near all the sites.Posted Apr 22, 2014
Pros: The rooms were great for a large family and very modern. Luxurious.
Cons: Hotel lobby need some upgrading and plants.
Location: Location was great. We were near all the shops and wonderful stores.
We had a fantastic time in Vienna. This hotel was just right for our family with large enough space. We would stay here again. Rooms had very nice decor.

Great apartmentsPosted Apr 15, 2014
Comfortable, well designed modern apartments close to the centre of the city, but cheaper than equivalent hotels in the area.

Excellent room accommodations for several nightsPosted Sep 9, 2012 on Hotels.com
Great location, walking distance to many things. Room accommodations were excellent for anyone staying several nights. Very comfortable, two rooms, full kitchen, bedroom living room and sitting area and great bathroom and shower, which is unusual for European hotels. Breakfast was adequate but not elaborate, as some Continental breakfasts that we experienced at other hotels. Breakfast service was excellent. The major problem we experienced is that the complimentary wireless internet was not working 4 out of the 5 days that we were there. They had a major problem that took 4 days to resolve which caused a major inconvenience for us and many of the guests since many of us use our laptops or iPad to stay in touch with our offices and families in the states. The front desk staff was very nice and very apologetic but the problem lasted too long. They did give us a reduction in the rate but the inconvenience of no internet was annoying. Other than that, the hotel was a very lovely and comfortable hotel.

Best hotel experience ever!Posted Jul 17, 2011
I don't like the ultra-high service hotels (4 seasons, Ritz, etc) but I appreciate a hotel with comfortable rooms and a responsive staff. This place offered many of the conveniences of home (kitchen, TVs in dining area & bed room, office area & spacious bathroom). The decor was top notch, AC worked great, location was ideal and the staff was friendly & helpful without being intrusive. Free internet & breakfast was an added bonus (this typically adds 40+ Euros/day). Having laundry facilities where I could wash/dry my own laundry (i.e. not pay $8 per article of clothing) was great after being on vacation for a week. My friends stayed at the Intercontinental (slightly higher rate without the free internet) but ended up staying at our hotel much of the time due to the convenient location and extra space where we could just hang out after a day of seeing the sights.

Excellent value for the moneyPosted Oct 17, 2010
A very clean and comfortable modern appartment decorated with taste in an old building. Convenient location withing walking or tram distance of all the major sites. There is even a grocery store that has a nice selection of wine next door. The staff was very discrete and helpful. A nice home away from home. The only slight downside was the breakfast. That said, within the grand scheme of things, not really important. You can eat all day in Vienna!

Good LocationPosted Oct 10, 2010 on Hotels.com
This hotel is just a short walk to the center of town. The room was nice for the price, but the decor was a little odd. Breakfast was late on 2 of the 3 mornings I was there. WiFi internet is free and fast, but there is a 200 MB per session limit. Not a problem for most people, but don't expect to upload/download large files.
