The Best Hotel ExperiencePosted Oct 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
Could not have found a better hotel, in a perfect location, great staff, nice rooms and very minor annoyance from major street traffic.

Noisy and quite dirty...Posted Oct 11, 2013
Pros: We had breakfast at the hotel on the day of departure... it was OK.
Cons: Sound insulation and cleanliness.
Location: The hotel is on one of the busiest shopping streets of Vienna, full of stores and restaurants, not far from the Museum Quarter. Plenty to do.
We had to ask for a room that opens away from the street: the first two nights we couldn't sleep because of the noise – the windows' sound insulation is terrible; absolutely unacceptable. We stayed for 9 nights at the hotel (the payment was made at booking, and there was no way of changing hotels without loosing the money)... during our stay the room was not vacuumed once... we had white soled slippers... by the end of the stay the soles were black. During our stay we were given one small soap... we went and bought our own.

Good urban pickPosted Oct 11, 2013
Pros: The rooms
Cons: Better coffee (please, provide also milk or cream) at the Reception area! Thanks for that, anyway. Receipts/ invoices for payments through INTERNET
Fine experience, Good service, but had no breakfast there (which, I think, should be included in the hotel price, by the way). Thanks

Great Staff, Hard to FindPosted Oct 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very difficult to find if driving because the main street is shut to private cars at certain times. The hotel would do well to let guests know before booking. Also be wary of parking in the garage contracted by the hotel. I parked my brand new car there for 2 days in a spot that should have been safe and returned to find someone had damaged the car and left without any notification. Otherwise, the room was adequate and the front desk personnel were very helpful.

Well placed for easy access to the Transport systePosted Oct 1, 2013
Pros: The location
I have been to Vienna many times and have stayed in several parts of the city. The Neubau district and the hotel in the Mariahilferstrasse is very good, and provides easy access to all the areas that I wanted to show my family. The hotel was comfortable and the staff friendly, the only problem was the noise on Sunday morning - this was drilling somewhere in the locality, and to be honest not the responsibility of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a place to sleep and do not need to spend extended periods in a hotel room.

Centrally located hotel for visiting ViennaPosted Sep 11, 2013
Good reception and helpful with issues. Room service adequate Unfortunately, the wifi room access was often quite variable and slow plus needed to relogin to restore connection.

Typical HotelPosted Aug 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
Overall an average big chain hotel - nothing special or extraordinary. We were 3 adults staying in a suite (1 double bed and 1 pull-out couch). Generally comfortable beds. Room had a kitchenette (microwave, sink, minfridge), separate bedroom, large 'living room' and large bathroom. The bathroom was separated into a tub/toilet room and a sink/closet rooms. Good stuff: great location (shopping, tourism, transportation), a request for a quiet room was accommodated, nice toiletries, large room, friendly staff. Bad stuff: broken elevator, broken air conditioning, super expensive breakfast, not enough toilet paper or toiletries for 3 people. Minor but annoying: housekeeping would tidy up the used/hanging/do-not-wash-yet towels onto one rack so we didn't know whose was whose. So, a typical hotel. Nothing special. For the price, I expected a bit more, but overall it was ok.

Great Location, Excellent Breakfast, value for $Posted Jun 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Despite of old elevator and a bit old inside, others are fantastic! I lost my luggage in the airport and the staff are really helpful to arrange the delivery of luggage to me, sweet. The breakfast is far beyond expectation, it is so much value for $. Highly recommended.
