Good location, clean roomsPosted Nov 4, 2013
Pros: Location, clean, well priced.
Cons: Wifi not great in our room, shower too far away through multiple doors.
Location: Cafe Eiles
Stayed 3 nights, quick walk to metro and easy enough to walk into the centre of time. Staff nice and helpful. Our room was 2 locked corridor doors away from the shower which was a bit annoying. Very easy to lock yourself in between the corridors. Cafe Eiles was close by and was lovely for breakfast.

nothing fancy, clean & safe with all necessitiesPosted Oct 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was a comfortable and clean no frills pension in a terrific area within walking distance to everything. Would be a repeat visitor if I'm ever in Vienna again. Thank you for providing a well priced comfortable place for me to stay!

Old world facilities, awesome locationPosted Oct 8, 2013
This hotel is fine if you don't mind going through some hoops to take a shower. Had to go through three locked doors and down a flight of steps. But it was a great shower. Location close to excellent Vienna subway system. Parking an issue if you have a rental.

Very SatisfiedPosted Sep 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very typical of european style hotels. Quite spacious. I had a shower and sink in my room but no toilet but it really wasn't an issue for me. Wi-Fi worked well. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good location. We found the packing space on the street easily & free ( due to the weekend). The staff is nice & the room is clean. Very quiet place.

three days in ViennaPosted Feb 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is cheap, so, expect to buy exactly what are u paying. I dont have anythink to complain, but that one looks more as a pension than a hotel...the staffs is ok, but the building is too old, and although looks like, there dont have ghosts...hehe. To those that are with the small budget is ok to stay there one or two days. But I didnt like that much. the pension is in a good location...

Good Price, Good Location, Great StayPosted Aug 14, 2012 on Hotels.com
This hotel is not a 5 star place but the rooms were clean, staff friendly and location was great. There is a store under the hotel where we were able to buy food and drinks. The neighborhood was nice and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. Parking was convient and reasonable and we would absolutely stay here again.

Nice cheap (for Vienna) place to stayPosted Apr 15, 2012
Pros: location, quiet, cleanliness
Cons: yucky wifi signal
Location: equidistant from the Jozefstadter station and the stations around the palace/city hall area (Volkstheater, Schottentor, etc.
GREAT place to stay in Vienna -- what are the other commenters railing about? What's with the silly comments like "steel doors" causing "prison-like feelings"?! The address is easy to get to, it's a few blocks from a number of UBahn stations, there are small supermarkets and bakeries a few steps away... easy walking distance to some of the greatest areas of Vienna. I was given a bunch of keys ("one for the entrance if you need night access, one for the door of your wing, and one for your room"). The room itself had a bed, a sofa, a big cabinet/closet, a desk and chair, and a sink, mirror & towels for washing up. Right next door is the toilet, with another down the corridor. I was told as well where the shower room was (down the hall). I felt secure, in a clean and very quiet place and happy overall. The only "buts" were: the wifi signal was waaaay too weak for me (I had an exam the next day, and needed the 'net a lot). Breakfast wasn't included, but was available for purchase (have no idea what was offered).
