I loved the location, close to everything, the staff was nice, price was reasonable, the only problem was that some of the furniture could have been a bit more modern.

“Close to underground, easy access to Vienna sights”

Large living room, large bedroom, ample bath with 2 sinks, separate toilet/shower room. Make sure you understand the bed configuration - we wanted 2 beds, not a king but the staff went out of their way to help and did get us a room with 2 beds (we just had to wait until the afternoon). Staff provided nice package of info on Vienna, very helpful with directions, and also very helpful checking us in for our flights, printing boarding passes.

Excellent location! Just 10 minutes of easy walk to the heart of Vienna. 5 minutes to a major subway station, Numerous walking only streets with bunch of all kinds of restaurants, pubs, shopping just two blocks away. Hotel is not expensive, clean, roomy, nice beds, convenient office desk, separate bedroom and living room, two TVs. Highly recommended. Breakfast is not included, pricey, but it is no problem as you can find many cafes on the same block. Highly recommended. I will certainly stay there next time in Vienna.

“Vienna business trip”

Very good location in the center and near metro, tram and airport bus. Reasonable price and rooms are quite large for the center of Vienna with separate bedroom. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Main shortcomings are expensive internet service and overestimated breakfast price. We bought 3hours of WiFi Internet for 10 Euro which were expired very fast because no one explained that we needed to log off each time when we stopped using internet to keep a real internet use time. I turned off WiFi on my laptop but it did not work.

This is a very nice hotel conveniently located in the center of Vienna. The suites are rather small but it is good to have an extra room in addition to a bedroom.

Hotel was nice, easy to walk to anything in Inner Stadt. Room was very large. Breakfast available for €17 ( about $23), definitely did not look worth that much, just walk a block or 2 to the grocery store or bakery (they just look like a Viennese chain, but that's where the locals seem to go when running to work in the morning). I would recommend the place, but it's not a 4 star hotel ( do to sad looking pricy breakfast and some awkward/ minor inconveniences in the room. Nice 3 star.
