It is not 4 star hotel

Posted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Renovation the hotel totally.
Location: Close to the main train station, full of the restaurants and supermarkets near by.
The hotel's condition is very poor, you can see it is not 4 star hotel at all, all of the facilities there are very old, and cheap quality, also the bedding are very poor, looked not clean. It needs renovation totally. The only thing good is the location, it is close to the main train station( it takes 6 min by walking).

Nice hotel close to city centre/transport links.

Posted Oct 17, 2014
Pros: See above
Cons: Shower room/toilet.
Location: Well situated near the city centre and transport links.
A lovely spacious room overlooking the inner courtyard and within an elegant building. Shower rather small and toilet bowl old-fashioned in style. The provision of a tooth brush/paste and a flannel would have been nice. But the attractive room and friendly staff made up for these reservations.

Good value and location

Posted Sep 28, 2014
Pros: Helpful staff. Great location to the Westbahnof Train Station. Good price.
Cons: Tea kettle or coffee machine in the room. There was a coffee vending machine in the lobby.
Location: About six blocks from the train station. An easy five minute walk. There is a restaurant on the corner with good food, friendly staff.
The room and bathroom were quite large. It was very quiet. Bathtub with shower head, no separate shower. The amenities included soap and a room safe. There was no food or laundry service onsite. Free wifi was available in the lobby. No AC and room got quite warm.

Okay hotel for a heap option.

Posted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: Location and large room
Cons: Cleanliness and general appearance of the lobby area and rooms.
Location: It is on a street which runs right into the city and museum area. There are lots of caf├ęs shops and public transport on the street so it's easy.
Location was good and all the necessities are there, it's just a bit tacky. Beds not comfortable, room a little unclean and no facilities in the room. But it is a cheap option for an overnight stay.

Spacious room, good price, close to train station.

Posted Sep 19, 2014
Pros: Price and size of room.
Cons: Bigger television. Only a 13 inch tv in rooms.
The hotel was decent for the price. No frills, but clean. Showers are small - typical for European hotels. Hotel didn't have a restaraunt, but there were several good places to eat just a few steps away from the entrance.

4 star hotel with no sheets!

Posted Sep 6, 2014
This hotel had some unusual features. Firstly it has a bottom fitted sheet but no top sheet. Instead it uses and a single sized combination sheet blanket which sits loose on the bed. The pillows are terrible. The mattresses are terrible. The combination sheet blanket and bottom sheet appear very old. The bedding alone is a reason not to stay here. Our light in the bathroom didn't work and wasn't fixed for 24 hours.
