Exceptional decor of marble designs. All amenities were of top quality. Linens, furnishings, service true to 5 star establishment. Absolutely worth the visit.

Great luxurious property
Although it is a little kitsch, the hotel is luxurious. Some amenities could be added to the rate, as it is unnecessary the charge for such high scale hotel

It is a hotel with a very particular decor. Kitch at best. Very ugly in the eyes of most , including mine. Great breakfast and highly friendly staff though

Five star hotel in a quaint town
Beautiful facility with a helpful, friendly staff. Gorgeous, comfortable room. Nice breakfast included with the room. Lovely little town!

Fantastic stay, it's so luxurious without being overly expensive. The breakfast is one of the best if have ever seen. I would recommend this to everyone. Very nice to combine with a visit to Joao Ramos winery

Nunca consegui sequer apanhar a rede do hotel no nosso quarto; a configuração da garagem, difícil de estacionar; só ter postos de carregamento eléctrico de viaturas Tesla; não nos terem concedido a hipótese de late check-out

Das Hotel war eine Enttäuschung. Pool war hinter Mauern eingesperrt. Zuwenig Liegen. Im Restaurant haben wir explizit Pasta ohne Peperoni bestellt und wir bekamen Pasta mit ganz viel Peperoni. Die Antwort war: oh sorry. Da würde ich von allem her nicht mehr buchen. Kein 5* Hotel.

Sejour décevant
Séjour agréable dans cette petite ville pleine de charme. Chambre au dessus du restaurant, très bruyante jusqu'à minuit ! Repos impossible en après-midi comme en debut de soirée malgré notre notification à la réception. La litterie et les coussins très durs ne sont pas à la heuteur d'un 5*. Nous n avons pas tester la piscine car zone très bruyante également avec les enfants. Les massages sont d'une grande qualité, meilleur moment du sejour, nous vous invitons a profiter d'un moment de décontraction. L hôtel est très beau, du marbre partout.

Excelente; desde a recepção, com simpatia e profissionalismo; o quarto, grande, cómodo, absolutamente limpo. Infelizmente não pudemos jantar, como era o nosso desejo, mas o pequeno almoço, para além de grande variedade, de qualidade inexcedivel.

Hotel muito simpático, com decoração bonita. Fomos surprendidos á chegada com um upgrade para uma suite junior que é muito boa A piscina é aquecida (interior e exterior) e bastante grande. Gostei da zona de hidromassagens bem como do SPA Só tive pena de não conseguir jantar no restaurant, pois o número de reservas é limitado e o hotel estava muito concorrido.
