“Not even a one star”

Knew I wasn't getting a four star hotel, but expected better. The room was damp and smelled like a wet dog.. which might explain why the pool was closed for repairs. I would have really expected someone to tell me about the pool when I checked in, but even when I called the desk, I was told that the clerk wasn't sure what the problem was, but the pool was closed. I would not recommend this to anyone!
