I have stayed at this hotel many times because of its location. But it often does not have hot water, and the restaurant is mediocre.

The entrance to the parking lot, is damaged, the staris to the entrace are broken in some parts, the property need maintenance, part of the roof is damage, the hotel is not bad in service but the building does requiere considerable imprivement. Also the chicken in my clunb sandwich tasted burn, wasnt but had the taste, i don't know if the grill had charred remains stuck to it but would recomend a clean up on that part. anything else excelent service the room nice size, clean, really comfy.

The property obviously has additions. However, the room numbers are not sequential and there are no signs for elevators and exits. We wondered around for quite awhile before we found someone to help us.

No recomiendo este hotel para nada.
Mi peor experiencia en esta cadena de hoteles. Terrible servicio al cliente, llegamos después de las 11 de la noche y los dos jovenes que estaban en la recepción fueron muy groseros y hasta rudos, como si fuera una gracia nos mandaron al cuarto sin darnos las instrucciones adecuadas por lo que terminamos en la cocina, sinceramente muy decepcionado de este hotel. El cuarto es pequeño pero tiene lo básico, el baño limpio pero con olor a caño. No recomiendo este hotel para nada. Completamente decepcionado de su servicio al cliente y su área de recepción turno de la noche.

Food in the restaurant was delicious. I loved the cappuccino especially. Rooms were clean. Bed and pillows were great. Definitely staying here again in the future.

This hotel was very old and run-down. Hotel staff was not very accommodating, especially during our late arrival. Rooms were fairly clean, but seemed somewhat dirty just because of their age and the poor condition they were kept in. It was, however, conveniently located to the airport and that is why we chose it.

Very Convenient with airport shuttle.
I'll stay there again for sure. Very convenient, clean, great customer service at the front desk, shuttle and at the restaurant, and great breakfast too!

Un par de cosas que arreglar
Hay un par de cosas que no me gustaron fue que no tienen reglas de a qué hora los huéspedes deben de dejar de hacer ruido. Y debido a eso a las 2 am por 3 días había unas huéspedes que reían y gritaban y nos despertaron. Lo otro es que un día no nos limpiaron el cuarto.

Excellent service and the property is very well kept and clean, it might even be a little deceiving when you drive in the first time as you need to enter through the back of the lot as it has a very big parking lot which is mostly empty

la tranquilidad y la alberca son únicas, solo tienen un área de oportunidad en la alberca ya que no hay meseros para ofrecer servicios de alimentos o snack, se tuvo que marcar 2 veces al numero del hotel para que enviaran a una persona , y el servicio fue muy tardado..
