Of the hotels in La Choca this one best meet my needs. It had the best pool, the staff was friendly and very helpful, the free shuttle to local spots and to the airport was an unexpected bonus. The free breakfast had good variety and they even packed me a To-Go B’fast to get to the airport on time. Of note: there is only one room for disabled guests; the pool is unfriendly to the disabled. The open walking spaces compensated. If important to you: this was the most family friendly property in the La Choca Park area.

I like the comfort of the beds. I didn’t like the noise from restaurant and that they didn’t deliver my laundry all together. Some of my personal under garments and my girls as well as clothes where not delivered. I had to call receptionist 2 times. I think they either lost it or misplaced it. Finally delivered hours later.

I’ll go to a different hotel next time.
I know the hotel was almost empty so one thing I don’t understand is why they had to give a room in the first floor with a view to some plants.

I really enjoyed my stay for 11days, the staff were very friendly, and those in the kitchen were super friendly and attentive, the beds were super confortable, in general I feel very satisfied to have stayed there. 100% recommended.

Very comfortable and nice hotel .
Stayed for 9 nights with my two children and husband . We had the double beds with a view of the front hotel. Hotel room was very simple modern and nice . Hotel staff was great especially the front desk . Best part breakfast was included . Also I was so happy with a full body mirror in the bathroom ! Went to the pool once and it wasn't so clean . Was very itchy after but besides that I really enjoyed the hotel .

Great hotel with access to many restaurant and a mall nearby. Provides free transportation during the daylight and includes delicious breakfast with no additional cost for two adults. The staff were so friendly and helpful when I needed them. I will defiantly stay there again if I travel to Villahermosa.

The location is not the best...but bed asi that it's great, there is a nice restaurant near buy...but be said that you need a taxi to move around

Quick Stop
Quick stop at Villahermosa, but a great hotel. Just what you need for a biztrip. Near to good restaurants, great service, clean. The executive club is very nice for a late night drink, after a long day at the office.

Nice hotel but staff doesn't speak much English, and not very compassionate we had to stay because of a medical emergency and we had the room for a good rate,but when we had to book it for two more weeks they raised the price by almost 40%,so we had to leave and know have to walk twice as far too get to the hospital talk about kicking a person when there down.

Nice hotel internet is a little spotty sometimes the only complaint is room prices very quite a bit day to day, and didn't seem to care that it was a family emergency and we were going to be here a month still would give us a deal :(

Weekend getaway
Went on a weekend getaway. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. They offered a good breakfast (included) and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only issue was that a room was not ready at the posted check in time.

It was decent
It was a decent hotel with the normal amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, but the walls were paper thin. Also in my room only one light in the whole room actually worked. I had to shower in the dark. The breakfast buffet was one of the better ones I have seen. The location is okay. There isn't a lot going on out there, but it appeared there were a lot of new things being built. Beware when getting a taxi to the airport. Make sure you get an actual taxi service. They run around $30 for a trip to the airport. I said I needed on and got one of the hotel taxis, which cost $250. But, it was 5:00 am and I was disparate to get home. All in all it is your normal hotel. Nothing really sets it apart from others.
