Nice hotel
Great location outside the old city. Nice hotel and great service. Air conditioning in the room was insufficient on both warm nights of our stay. Neighborhood is too loud for comfortable sleep with the windows open

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was small (as expected), but cozy and clean. Great views of the Old Town area as I was on the fifth floor. Breakfast was good.

Very friendly staff. Perfect location. Very good breakfast menu. Unfortunately, there was the smell of tobacco and cigarette ash in the room from the carpet and especially in the bathroom, in spite the fact that it is non-smoking hotel.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Underfloor heating in bathroom was too hot.No tea or coffee making facilities which would have been appreciated. Fruit and cold buffet breakfast was excellent. Hot buffet was basic and needs improvement Overall however we enjoyed our stay at the hotel

The hotel looks nice and has a good breakfast. I did not like the following: No safe in the room no ability to make coffee or tea in the room. While there were wash cloths on the first day there were none the rest of the week.

No A/C + sleepless nights.
The A/C went out in the entire building and we were told there is nothing they could do until the following Monday. It's just crazy that they dont have someone that they can call and have building systems worked on.

Defo not a 4 star Hotel.
This Hotel is not a 4 star,should be 3 star.Area is run down,broken pavements and graffiti. Hotel reception and staff nice.Bar is not the best,no music limited beers,price,s OK.I had room 317 my son had 303,in both room,s air conditioner not working, it was very warm in room,s, TV not working in both rooms.I informed reception about these problem,s they did nothing. No tea or coffee maker in room,s no free bottle water.Had mini-bar in room in small fridge.Room,s were clean, bathroom fine no shower mat.Breakfast was not the best, coffee machine was OK, Need,s renovating in my opinion.WIFI was awful.Chair in room was on it,s last leg,s.Only 3 plug socket,s 1 by door for cleaner,1 under TV table very awkward to use, and 1 above bed in center,a real stupid place for it.

If you want a gym this is a bait and switch
There was a bait and switch. I specifically booked the hotel because it advertised that it had a physical fitness center. Indeed it had a room with workout equipment that didn't work and likely hasn't worked in 20 years:(

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and tidy and close enough to walk to the old town attractions. If i had any complaints with the hotel it would be that the bar was closed in the evenings but this due to the fact that the hotel was very quiet due to the time of year. We would be very happy to book this hotel again if we ever returned to Vilnius

A Baltic weekend.
Friendly helpful staff, easy check-in, our rooms were clean if a little dated. Plenty of food at breakfast, I wasn't too fussed on the hot food but the meats and cheeses were very nice. Not the nicest area of the city but there were no issues and it was in walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. All in all a nice stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again if I returned to Vilnius.

Conti Hotel stay 30.11.18 to 05.12.18
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, prompt acknowledgment of my email regarding a change of flight time, that meant I was arriving at 0300hrs rather than 1200hrs. Room was clean, breakfast buffet was of a very good standard. Location was very good, a short walk to the old town and Christmas market. Staff booked a taxi for my departure, which had also changed due to flight variations. Overall a very good experience. I will stay there again in the future.

Nice spacious hotel, convenient location
Happy with my stay here. Large twin room with large bathroom. Clean. Nice flat screen TV although no channels in English. Nice large windows although just looked out onto street. Reception staff helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast started at 7am even on weekends which was good. Perfect location only about 400m from a bus stop on the #1 bus from airport and between 5 and 10 minutes walk to central train and bus station. Near Jewish quarter and everything was easily walkable, as a woman on my own I didn't feel nervous at all walking in central Vilnius. Good variety at breakfast in nice atrium, although the cooked food at breakfast didn't look appetising to me. Bed comfortable, decor a little dated but fine, large lobby with leather sofas. Would definitely stay here again.

Well located, walking distance from the bus station, public transport runs frequently from the railway station. In the Old Town but on the cusp between the obviously tourist area and the locations of the locals. Very friendly in the latter and value for money. Most tourist sites within 10-30 minutes walk. An atmospheric area. Breakfast was sumptuous, bar open after some nearby establishments closed. Room not cleaned every day. Lift runs to penultimate floor. Well stocked gym with attached sauna.

Spacious room, close to old city
The room was spacious so very comfortable. The hotel is situated very close to the old city centre so there was no need for taxis etc. breakfast was basic but ample and the staff were reserved but helpful. Would recommend to anyone staying in Vilnius.

Great value but never a 4-star hotel
The staff are nice, the price was fantastic and it's in a good location. The decoration is not along any particular theme and seems like they've got random, dated bits of spare furniture throughout the hotel. The breakfast was pretty standard, but it was fresh and there was enough variety. I would have been happy paying the same price for a three star hotel even if breakfast and parking weren't thrown in, so overall would recommend it.

This is a great hotel very friendly staff and near the city center. Great breakfast I expected the normal bread, ham, cheese and yogurt, but it was really a full spread. Convenient and close to all sight seeing and main train station.
