Hotel com equipe bem treinada. Excelente atendimenPosted May 12, 2015
Indico, e pretendo voltar.

Nice HotelPosted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: The helpful staff, the comfortable room, the good food.
Location: Valpariso is quite hilly you are mainly walking up or down. One of the ascenceurs is just a few feet from the hotel. Several cafes nearby.
Fauna Hotel is a renovated building located on a hill on a mainly pedestrian passageway in Valpariso. The staff were very helpful and came out to our taxi to assist with the luggage as we had to walk about 100 yards from the street. The staff were very welcoming and spoke good English. There is no elevator but the staff carried our bags to the room. The room was very comfortable with a good mix of modern and antique decor. It is good to see wood reused. The bed was very comfortable. The dining room on the top floor (4th floor) was excellent with a wonderful view of Valpariso and the harbour. We would stay there again.

Amazing Boutique HotelPosted Mar 3, 2015 on Hotels
We had the most comfortable beds, the best food and the most friendly and helpful staff we have ever had in 35 years of traveling. Due to wooden floors it was slightly noisy at times but did not interfere with sleep. Higher up rooms get a good view of Valparaiso and the bay.

Buen hotel, su tarifa es elevada para su servicioPosted Feb 21, 2015 on Hotels
Pequeños detalles, pero el hotel no vale la tarifa que cobran, debiera ser un 30% menos.

Neat and Unique place in ValparaisoPosted Feb 11, 2015 on Hotels
This is a great hotel. Location is fantastic and it is easy to get to by cab. The hotel has been designed from combining 2 adjacent buildings resulting in a unique atmosphere and blend of the new and old. They were very helpful with our bags, helping us arrange guides to see the city, and directing us to other places we needed to go for personal business. The restaurant is on the rooftop with an amazing view night and day. The place is finished with antiques or old furniture from estate sales giving it a novel yet comfortable appearance. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Nice boutique type hotelPosted Feb 8, 2015
Pros: The area it was located in and the views.
Location: The area had lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops. We walked around at night and felt safe and found it to be lively.
The hotel is located in a good area. The view from the restaurant balcony is one of the best in Valparaiso. I think each room is different and some share a great view and others do not. Our room was pretty basic but we only paid that price. The bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast was good. Some of the staff speak fair English and they do try to assist in any way. We ate at the restaurant several times and enjoyed our food. We stayed here only one night prior to a cruise. You do have to haul your luggage a short distance down a small street because vehicles can't drive right up to the hotel. Wasn't a problem for us and I'm sure help was available if needed.

Great little hotelPosted Feb 4, 2015
Pros: We particularly enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. Very good front desk.
Cons: The neighbourhood can be a little noisy at night but there's not much the hotel can do about that.
Location: The nearby Apice restaurant is excellent.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Fauna. The room was large and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant has a great view of the city and is spectacular at night with lots of local quests and good food. The complimentary breakfast which included freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit, granola with yogurt, eggs, buns, cheese, meat and specialty coffee was both filling and tasty. The internet worked well. Above all the front desk was great, always friendly and helpful. It is best to take a taxi to the hotel as it could be hard to find on your own and the hilly nature of the city makes moving about with luggage challenging. We would certainly stay there again.

Interessante und empfehlenswerte UnterkunftPosted Feb 3, 2015 on Hotels
Am Berg, wie alles in Valpo. Zwei Stockwerke nach unten, ca. 40 Stufen, Zimmer mit nackter Felswand. Deshalb auch keine Aussicht, Fenster zu einem Schacht. In der Nähe der Luth. Kirche, ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal, die auch englisch können. Restaurant klasse, plus wunderschöne Aussicht.
