“One of the best stays ever!”
Everything was wonderful. Staff was friendly and the area around the hotel was very nice. Great restaurants and easy access to the train station. Stayed for a week and never had to use a taxi. If staying for a week and visiting many different areas of paris, i would recommend getting a weekly metro card as it is only about 50 bucks and you can go anywhere on any train line.
“Life in a neighborhood on the outskirts of Paris”
Conveniently located at the terminus of Line 1 (Yellow) that serves the entire city. Especially well situated for doing research in the archives at the Chateau de Vincennes, which is only two blocks away.
“Great hotel. Easy access to Paris sights.”
We absolutely love this hotel. Great location. Close to two Metro stations and RER train station. Clean, modern rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Neighborhood includes many restaurants, stores, green parks and Chateau Vincennes. Instead of overpaying for lower quality hotels in Paris Center, this is a good value for high quality. Will definitely stay there again next time in Paris.
“Amazing hotel that makes you know you will be back”
My best hotel experience for years. Amazingly well kept apartment hotel, tidy, super kind staff, 150m from nearest metro stop. No matter that you have to go 10 or so stations to get to the landmarks. Those 20 minutes of ride give you as an extra - extra safe and extra clean neighborhood, calm area, no buzz of the night life, excellent cafes to pull over for a drink. Even you can have your Castle next to you - the Chateau de Vincennes. My one and only choice for next stays in Paris. One event that happened to me in this hotel - my wife and myself got stuck in the city due to differenet reasons and had early flight home. We were out of bread and there was no night shop open around (ok there is the only - for this hotel). The receptionist (his name was Fahad) saw us struggling in the lobby and asked what is the problem. Instantly gave us two options - one was a shop that was still open (Arabian fast food) and the other one was that he can give us some bread that he has in the kitchen. I tried to find the store but apparently was looking for a minimarket to buy my own bread. Later on in the hotel, to my surprise, Fahad told me - no problem, our bread will wait us in 4o minutes (why 40, i wondered?). So, even though you do not guess what happened, we had our freshly baked, hot, crunchy french baguette waiting for us in the kitchen. Really, this was a blast experience. Thank you. So, lovers of your little piece of privacy and convenience, I warmly recommend this hotel to you.
“Fabulous Paris Hotel - Friendly staff, very clean!”
The BEST customer service!!! The Hotel Office Managers went over and beyond their normal responsibilities to help us resolved our challenges with our reservations and vouchers. The hotel is conveniently located very close to 2 Metro Stations both within a 5 minutes of walking distance. There are 2 grocery stores where one of them is about 100 yards from the hotel where you can get everything you need for breakfast, lunch and dinner and even utility items. There are restaurants everywhere close to the hotel (a sushi restaurant was right at the corner). Bakeries and Pastries are also within reach for your daily baguettes, donuts, etc. One of the things we enjoyed was the Farmer's Market nearby which is only open on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. They offer fresh oysters (10 kinds of them), a variety of cheese, as well as the fresh prosciutto, salami, hams, etc. The fruits and vegetables were very fresh (we need to try those large mushrooms next time). The hotel is about 30 minutes away from Disneyland. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and will definitely stay here again for our next Paris trip.
