Once I booked this pet friendly hotel and paid at checkin and since I was paying cash they wanted a $50 pet fee, and wanted to charge me incidental fees, damages of $350 on top of the cost of room.. nothing on website said anything about pet fees… nor did they say anything on there website about paying in cash either .. so in a total of over $657 to get a room for one night here. They weren’t sorry for any of it either she was smirking the entire time.. like they were draining my account on purpose… I’ve stayed here before and had nothing of this nature at all… ridiculous people these days..

Andrea, We are very sorry to hear about your experience. After researching I do see that on the website it shows we do charge a 50 non-refundable pet fee charge. We accept cash either with a cash deposit typically 250 or a credit or debit card on file for incidentals. Since you could not provide a card we asked for a 250 refundable deposit. Since you declined we went ahead and cancelled your reservation without any penalties. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or additional comments you may have. Have a wonderful day!

Had a great stay, the room & property in general were very clean with friendly staff. Plenty of drawers all over (kitchen, bathroom, bedside table) to unpack and stay organized. Especially enjoyed the area map at the lobby entry. Also for the few of us out here that are still smokers, this hotel had the BEST outdoor smoking area I've encountered. Five stars, will def stay again.

We felt the lobby area was not as impressive as some Mariotts we stayed in in years past. Also, although the brick walk immediately at the door entrance was attractive, it wasn't practical as when you roll a luggage cart across it we had to be careful or some items would fall off.

Elevator was down the entire stay. Furniture was very uncomfortable in room. Was not a fully stocked kitchen of pots, pans, utensils etc( keep that in mind) fire alarm went off at 1:30 a.m. then again next day person next to us cooking. Other than that a great stay! We stayed 3 days in 2 bedroom suite. The shower is wonderful, the room was very clean. Cooling/heating unit and thermostat in lr and both bedrooms. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The check in experience was terrible. The desk clerk said they needed to swipe my credit card for “incidentals”. She couldn’t tell me what the amount would be. Since we were checking in at close to midnight and really needed a place to sleep, I allowed it. When I got to the room, I got a message from my credit card company that the hotel had put a hold on my card for $1,110.00!! The room was paid for in full two months prior! After several phone calls the next day, management reversed the charge but wanted to swipe my card again for “incidentals”. I didn’t do it and they didn’t press the issue. When we checked out, we got the same desk clerk that checked us in. She was not friendly. I was not even asked how our stay was. We stayed 7 nights and received no service until the last day. I had to ask for trash bags, toilet paper and clean towels. I understand it’s an extended stay hotel, but some service should be provided mid-week instead of the last day. The facility itself was nice enough and it was nice to have a two bedroom suite, so I would consider staying again but not if they’re going to hold my credit card for ransom for over a thousand dollars!

2-day stay, no housekeeping refresh after first day, no body wash in dispenser and not refilled after notifying front desk, burned out light bulb in lamp, kitchen table surfaces not wiped clean from previous guest residue and smudges. Breakfast was very average, ran out of coffee multiple times requiring guests to notify front desk. Disappointing compared to competitors in same price point.

Southern Indiana stay
We arrived early because of airline travel and was charged 50$ for early check in. The hotel room floors were not very clean because the bottom of our socks were very dirty, almost black in color. The bathroom shower wall dispensers were not filled so we used the travel size shampoo and conditioner. The refrigerator door handle was not clean. We were very surprised that was no recycling in either the room nor dining area, not eco-friendly. The breakfast food selection was good, just limited in quantity. Besides those matters, our stay was okay.
