“Looking forward to my next trip”

Was very helpful.I had never been to the area before. So I was relying on there hotel recommendations for the area and they where wonderful. Close to the track and in a safe area.

“Pit Stop to NJMP”

Well, I certainly was a bit misguided by my chosen option for lodging. Having never been to the area and attending an event at the motorpark, this motel looked perfect. It is listed on the www for the track and in many publications as the closest and upgraded 5 years ago. One might even think it is affiliated with the track. It is not- by any means. I was a bit nervous about the stay in as I inquired for directions. It has a history of being less than desirable. Supposedly the PD is well aware of the transactions that occur there- all types and do routine perimeters. Honestly speaking though, apart from having to checkin / checkout at the hotel down the street because the office at MSI&S was closed - weird- everything was fine. I was not bothered at all. The room was clean and fine- had a stale scent but maybe noone had been in there in awhile. AC was weak though as it was very hot out and needed cold! Shower pressure was weak too. Many people walking outside on the main road. Not the greatest of neighborhoods I suppose. Would I recommend it? Well I guess so if you are a man or with the guys... I would never bring my lady there. I would rather spend more and feel more comfortable. The worry on my mind was not worth the savings though all worked out fine for me. The evening gentleman clerk was very kind and helpful. The morning woman clerk was average. Both were at the hotel down the road. Overall- a 2.5/ 5. It is a necessity stop; not a "inn and suites."
