Hotel was clean, staff was courteous and dining restaurants located within hotel were great. my only complaint was sink did drain kind of slow but it was only a minor inconvenience. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Room 107. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke and so did the sheets. The floor was sticky. The windows were not tightly sealed, which resulted in a draft and audible wind. Staff was great though, including the Dakota restaurant staff!

Nice staff but horrible experience
The staff was helpful and courteous but that was the extent of the good things about this stay. The doors were extremely hard to shut and needed to be slammed in order to close securely. The curtains in my room completely covered the heating unit so I had to rig them up with a chair and the lamp in order to get heat in the room without allowing too much light to come in. The worst part of my stay involved the other people staying in the hotel. My daughter and I were in the area for a soccer tournament. There was a group of teenage girls running around the hotel after 10pm making a lot of noise. They threw a rock at my window and purposely crashed into my door twice, the second time hitting it so hard that the door came open. Fortunately I had the security latch on so it didn’t open all the way. When I called the front desk, he spoke to the girls that were attacking our room and I had no further trouble with them. I contacted the hotel manager afterward and although he acted like he was sympathetic, he did not give me any compensation for my horrible experience nor was he cooperative in my desire to press charges against the individuals who broke into our room. The only concession he gave was to say we could have a room upgrade on our next stay there. Not a chance we will ever go back there again.

I want to start by saying I do appreciate the staff at the front desk and all the servers in the restaurants because it was always polite helpful service and good energy. We chose this hotel because it was on the cheaper side for the time so I guess you get what you pay for. Even then what happened to us was ridiculous. The room we got was a regular king bed and the room was decent. Bathroom was falling apart cracks on the ceiling, tub lining was lifting up and it was just really small. Okay whatever still usable. When we finally headed to bed we found what we could only assume to be poop stains on one side of the bed. This was at like 2 in the morning so again I want to thank the managers that we’re at the front desk for helping us. She kindly offered an upgraded room no charge. The upgraded room was definitely much better cared for than the other room we had. Overall definitely my worst experience in a hotel comparatively to other hotels I’ve been to. Staff was great but everything else that you need for a hotel was lacking. Also it’s only two floors so it has motel style feeling to it and something no one commented before, there’s doors conjoining rooms together. If you book to rooms together that’s great but not ideal if you don’t know who your neighbors are so be warned.

I live in the city and just wanted to go to some quiet place for a weekend went to the pool and people were playing loud and not so joyful music, at 3am they decided to turn on a really loud car that wont leave the site, there was people having a whole party outside the building in the p.l. at 3am. The hotel it self was really good pretty clean and cozy it was just those people.

This hotel is badly done remodel. Everything feels tacky. Our floors felt sticky in spots, our room was not stocked. No cups, soaps, not even a bag for the laundry. Also the pillows should have replaced ages ago. They were lumpy and discolored. The thing that really was unusual was they wanted $150 deposit in addition to already paying for the room. The final thing was the walls are paper-thin. I could here our neighbors conversations clearly, and they were rudely noisy with children. I will never return to this hotel, and I will avoid Ramada as a brand. I wish I just slept in my car. It would've been quieter.
