"Classic hotel, walking distance to Wenceslas Sq."
Loved staying here. It added to the genuine historical feel of the city. Clean room, big bathroom, great breakfast. Walkable to new town and old town within 20 mins. I walked to Prague Castle in an hour. Very quiet area and close to several restaurants and pubs.

Malmaison Residence Belgicka was perfect for us - two travelers in Prague for a family visit 3rd time. Apartment was spotless, staff very helpful, studio was bigger than expected with full kitchen, sofa and comfy bed. Great location, easy trams/metro about 2 blocks away, center of tourist area only 12-15 minutes by tram. Nice 25 minute walk too for energetic types! Would not hesitate to recommend. We did not try breakfast. Plenty of good restaurants and pubs very close to hotel.

I was nervous booking a hotel on short notice without knowing the area. I appreciated user reviews, which I relied on greatly. The hotel is in a great location and for a reasonable price. It's about a block and a half from the Flora subway station and only a couple of stops from the main tourist attractions. I liked being a little bit away from the main part of town but yet close enough that it didn't take long to get there. The area is really safe. There's a mall and grocery store right across the street.
The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly. I had no complaints about my stay and I'm really glad I booked this hotel. I'd stay there again.

We enjoyed one of our best breakfasts of our whirlwind tour of Europe here at this hotel. The main thing we appreciated about the breakfasts was that they were very hearty and filling. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are basic but have all you need.

I was taking a short vacation at the end of a work trip in the Czech Republic. I chose the Arkada for the location and the value. The overall stay was very nice, the location of the hotel is almost perfect, close to a metro stop and with some great restaurants nearby. The only problem that I had was with the bed, as described below.

This is a fairly basic hotel, but the rooms are en suite and very clean. The staff is super helpful and very kind. The hotel even has its own car park, which is a rarity among cheaper hotels in Prague. The WiFi in the rooms, but considering the small distance to the old town (2 stood on the underground) and a very attractive rate including breakfast, that was not much of a problem. Is a good 3 start experience for a traveler who doesn't want to spend too much.

East of the New Town, Vinohrady’s many late 19th-century buildings in Art Nouveau style give the area great period character. One is the Vinohrady Theatre on Namesti Miru. On the same square stands the Neo-Gothic church of St Ludmila with twin octagonal spires.
