“Great location for the Fair Grounds”

The hotel was close to resturants and stores. It was close to the Fair Ground which is where we were going. It took us only a few miniutes to get there. The hotel was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was good and plenty of it. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay for the time we were in our room. It had a nice pool area and bbq but it was too cold to enjoy it this trip.

“Clean, modern, comfortable room. Some road noise”

Went to Charter Inn on way to Sequioa. The hotel was clean, friendly, comfortable and the free breakfast was better than most. It included a nice dining area, eggs, waffles, coffee, yogurt, cereal, fruit juice and toast. My group was very happy. The only problem was a bit of road noise because it is on a somewhat busy street. I would go back without hesitation.

The Charter Inn was a pleasant surprise! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the dinner and breakfast were enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again!

“Amazing facility at this price”

I saw the reviews that booked the hotel. My expectation was it would be worth the price but the hotel exceeded my expectations. Services were great and breakfast was good too. I don't know why it is 2.5 star hotel because I found the services at least 3.5 stars and even more than that. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

I'd never even heard of Charter Hotel before, but as I went to find a room online it had the best price and a good review. While reviews are not always that reliable, in this case it was spot on. The staff was all really nice and helpful, the room, and especially the bed was wonderful. And with a real full breakfast, it made for a good deal all the way around. It ended up making us want to stay another night. We've done a lot of traveling lately and had gotten used to high prices, indifferent staff and only tolerable rooms. I will now be on the lookout for Charter Hotels next time we need a room.
