Pros: Friendly staff, great rooms.
Location: Freeway close and not too far from the center of town. We usually stay while traveling to Northern California and Washington.
Stayed here many times and will probably stay here in the future.

Pet Friendly, Good Location

Posted May 4, 2014
Pros: Pet friendly, free breakfast, good rates, excellent staff
Cons: Sanitize and deodorize common areas (hallway on 2nd floor)
Location: Tulare Outlet Mall nearby
This was the first time I traveled with the family dog, and I was delighted that I could bring him along. That said, I wasn't sure what to expect from the accommodations in a pet friendly hotel, as not every pet owner/traveller is the same in terms of cleanliness and care. We were able to check in upon our arrival at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. The staff was quite pleasant to deal with, and the process, which included signing waivers for having the dog along for our stay, was quick. However, the hallway on the second floor where my room was located smelled strongly of animal feces. It appeared to be clean, but the odor was potent. I was quite concerned that we'd find the same smell in our room. Luckily that was not the case: the room was clean and odor free, and the overall accommodations were quite good. There were some stains on the carpet in the room, but nothing horrid. If I should travel to the central CA valley again, I'd definitely return to this hotel.

Wall is very thin.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Place is clean and neat. I won't recommend is because the wall is so thin and I can hear Both neighbors' conversation word by word. If you don't mind these, and do not have allergies (pet friendly accommodation), this will be a nice place to rest. We like privacy & allergies free for Good night rest.

Great One Night Stay

Posted Jan 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
The staff was very polite as we arrived close to midnight. Our room was clean and as we had reserved it, a Kind bed. The bed was a little hard but that is the only negative thing. We will stay at a La Quinta again!
