Horrible Experience!

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Nothing at all to like.
Cons: Take a survey of your rooms, needs a complete cleaning, updating, fixing, etc.
I have been traveling for over 30 years. This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was old, FILTHY, smelled, bug in room, shower broken, no hot water, etc. etc. I am shocked management cannot see this stuff. Or maybe they have no managelemebnt. A total disappointment! I booked the room for two nights. The room was so bad, I left after the first night and never returned. I went down the street and booked another room and gladly lost the second night charge. Stay away from this hotel. It is awful.

Good hotel for short notice, short stay

Posted May 28, 2014
Pros: Price was great for a last minute booking.
Cons: Staff wasn't great, and the room smelled like straight bleach, but at least it was clean!
Booked last minute on my trip, fine hotel for the price. Room was clean, everything worked fine. Good for a last minute stay, one night.

Hotel is cheap.

Hotel is cheap and about an hour away from Sequoia National Park. The room is quite old and the bed sheets smells unwashed. The biggest pro with this hotel is that pets are free to stay.

Rough Night

Posted May 7, 2014
Pros: Central location in Tulare.
Cons: All of services advertised cable/wifi/phone. I could not even call the front desk.
Phone, cable and wifi did not work, front desk could do nothing. AC/Heater unit was incredibly loud, and hot water turned cold randomly.

Not what is in the picture

Posted May 3, 2014
Wow what a disappointment. First time in Tulare. We thought that with this hotel being in the area and the price what a bargin. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. We got to the hotel and inside the room their was "a" light. That was all. The bed was literally on the floor. Nothing on the walls but what looked like bullet holes patched but not painted. Early in the morning someone was pounding on the door next door to us. The only thing good I could say about the hotel was the size of the bathroom was almost as large as the room. But don't take a bath as you might fall through the bottom!

Not good

Posted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: Location
TV didn't work well at all but nothing was done about it. Bathroom had a dirty smell but appeared to be clean. The room was small to be listed as a roomy suite at a higher price.
