"Good hotel next to downtown. Very spartan. Nothing fancy, no luxuries. But clean, quiet, comfortable and with a TV that often spoke English. But FYI, parking is a bear and there appears to be no AC, so visiting in the summer might get super uncomfortable. "

"Rooms are miles away from the reception, very dust rooms and also many cobwebs and spiders in the room. Cleanliness should definitely be improved. Bearing in mind that this hotel has a great opportunity with business travelers as it is right next to the industrial area, it should be improved. Breakfast was plentiful, but no continental options. Lots of confusion by all as the breakfast is all over the area and people cannot find things. Staff at reception are quite poor, spent 10 minutes filling all the details on an ipad that they asked and when its time to get the invoice with the company name, its blank. Took 6 attempts to get it right, including the staff googling for the address and putting what they think is right rather than what you tell them. Utter incompetence, but is the usual Danish standard for hospitality. Would recommend staying there, but be warned about the cleanliness, although not unhygienic, and the poor staff."

"OMG! Signe, the receptionist/bartender/concierge was WONDERFUL! One of our party decided to check out the train station, a 5 minute walk from the hotel, at 10PM. Signe gave her a map and directions. After an hour Signe offered to go search for our comrade when she got off, at 11pm. 10 minutes later she appeared back at the hotel with our slightly frantic, lost friend! We were SO relieved! "
