Great for city trips and shopping
Great location as it has direct tram to Opera/KarlsPlatz 5min away. There are also restaurants in Cineplex. Huge SCS (shopping center sud) next door. You do hear highway, but not too much.

Terrible and not really 4 star
It is really unfair to the other hotels that actually are 4 and 5 star, when places like this just lie and call themselves 4-star obviously to attract customers. I think the only reason they can somehow get away with calling themselves 4-star is that they have a swimming pool ( that nobody uses ) out in the backyard. But there really needs to be some extra reviews on places like this and extra investigations on the fact that they get away with lying and calling themselves what they definitely are NOT. When they’re clearly only 2.5 to 3-star if that.

When we came into the room, we noticed that one of the pillows had blood stains on them, we called reception to ask them to replace the pillow and it took nearly 2 hours for someone to come and change it. The TV in the room also didn't work and they had an attitude about fixing the remote and once again it took nearly 2 hours for someone to come and replace it. When we told the manager in the morning about how our stay was, he was rude and apprehensive despite the fact that we were very polite and he started saying "All of you Americans think you can just write bad reviews, well we will call the police because that's not how we do things here in Europe" and he said "Fortunately this isn't America " and he kept making his rude comments about Americans, even though all we did was complain that the room was clearly not cleaned. The Manager was extremely rude and didn't even once apologize for the condition of the room and had the audacity to give us attitude. Stay away from this place.

Overall it is good. Location is not brilliant, but you don't go here for that. Bit annoying that they let you wait at reception whilst they are in the office behind it doing other things. Room didn't have a fridge as they used to.

Had a very pleasant stay, I utalised the gym most evenings which was basic but good.. my only complaint could be the noise from the stairwells where you could hear the other guests as my room was quite close to them..

Airport Hotel
We found it noisy as we had a room on the same side as the freeway. We also understood this was an airport hotel.....it is 17 kms and a 45 min. Drive to the airport.

False advertizing.
The website is misleading. It says they offer an airport shutle (not true) and refrigerators in the rooms (mine did not have one). The wifi service is deplorable. The air conditioning is weak. The grounds have been let go, giving the hotel a derelict appearance.

Nice hotel but terrible staff.
Hotel is clean and modern but staff are a nightmare. Unable to get a drink or snack after 8.30 pm on Sat/Sun even though it states bar is open until 12pm. Food menu is limited to 3 meals , all of which are poor quality but 10 euros each. Even though they would not serve food or drink the hotel stopped us from bringing food onto the premises so we were forced to sit in the car park to eat !!! Monday morning couldn't have been different as a manager turned up and the staff were more than happy to help you then but unfortunately too little too late by then. When you book the room the hotel also earmarks the money from your bank so you cannot get access to it . When it comes to paying they then take the money direct from your card as another payment which leaves the earmarked money untouchable for 7-10 days in your bank account. This for me was 223 euros so I had to wait 10 days for my money to return to my bank account even though I had paid the balance in full . The sauna does not open until 4pm and the pool was never open for the 4 days we were there even though temperatures were late 20s.

Ok for passing through on a commute
Early check in was great, hotel staff very friendly and pet friendly as travelling with a dog. Down side was it was very noisy at night and room was hot so trying to sleep with the window open but was not good between 10pm into early hours of the morning as it is just off the highway and we could hear huge trucks reversing right outside the window. Also hotels.com are stating a 12pm checkout when it was actually 11am!!

Several disappointments!!!
For someone like us who didn't know the traffic pattern around Shopping City Sud, it was a frustration to get to the hotel at first. We drove by it twice before finding the way to the hotel. In the very hot summer weather the so-called central air conditioning didn't provide any comfort at all. It was as if it didn't exist. The bathroom sink and the bathtub drains were plugged and when the technician came to fix them, he merely did a little bit of plunging, bringing up a lot of scum and dirt from the drains which he let back into the drain, then declared that this was the best he could do and left. When I complained to the front office, talked to them in German and gave me the look as if I had been responsible for plugging the drains. Management offered a different room but upon inspection the drain there was worse than in our room, so we declined to move. Upon check-out the girl (possibly a new employee) demanded that we pay - whereas we had pre-paid upon reservation months before. A supervisor had to be summoned who finally clarified that our payment had, indeed, been duly received and we then could leave. I don't think, we would chose this hotel again.

Good place to stay.
We enjoyed our stay. It was a little tricky finding the way to the hotel. But it was very comfortable and met our needs. It was nice to be close to the train.

One of the worst. The heat didn't work and I was using portable both days I stayed here. will never stay here and will never recommend this place for anyone. The location is bad. If u don't have a car, good luck getting around.

The hotel was right on the big shopping mall in Vosendorf. The room was good but had no air conditioning. We opened the windows but the street was very noisy all night due to the heavy traffic.

Great hotel - don't let looks deceive you.
Hotel is not in a great location, but is wonderful on the inside. And the staff went out of their way completely. I wanted room service, which is something they don't get a lot of call for. But without any hesitation they brought me a menu, and made trips to my room to bring stuff until I realized I had put them out and went to the bar myself to help. The lady in the bar was doing her job, plus being my waitress basically. Outstanding service - I wish I'd gotten her name. (Bartender on the night of 5 November 2013, if the hotel management wants to look her up. She is truly an asset to your hotel!) Thanks!

Excellent hotel, location not our cup of tea
It depends on what you are looking for, but the actual hotel itself was excellent, including the breakfast, outdoor pool etc. and although the location in a big trading estate wasn't our cup of tea, about 2 mins walk from the hotel was a huge shopping complex with great shops including brands such as Diesel, Superdry and some nice eateries including Vapiano which cooked excellent pasta/pizzas in front of you. We had a car. The drive into central Vienna took us about 40 mins through roadworks one day and only 20 mins the next, though we were stung with a massive 22 Euros parking fee for a few hours in central Vienna. Schonbrunn Schloss is may be 10 mins away as are the fabulous thermal baths with more than 10 pools, slides, salt pool etc. that we easily spent 6 hours at with kids without getting bored or fed up - sunbeds and sun umbrellas outside, sun beds inside to relax on.
