Baseball stayPosted Jul 18, 2015
This hotel was in a central location it is a older hotel that has been updated that is why the marks are in the middle. We used it as a hub due to us playing in Temple and in Hill college.

Well located motel at a reasonable cost.Posted Jun 27, 2015
This is an older facility, but well maintained. It is convenient to downtown Waco and Baylor University. Our stay was pleasant.

Nice.........and Convenient to the Baylor CampusPosted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: The hotel staff was friendly and everything was well kept and clean.
Location: Convenient to the Baylor Campus and campus area attractions and restaurants.
This is an older property as I can remember it from my days as a Baylor student in the 80's. Everything has been well kept and renovations have made the place a pleasant place to stay at an affordable price.

Budget hotel stayPosted Jun 14, 2015
The price of the room and location was great, but the parking lot was not well lit but the room was about what I expected. The shower was disappointing - very little hot water and the bottom of the tub was stained with dirt. There are not any easily accessible outlets in the room to plug in the iron or charge electronic devices.

Tired Decor - Could Use a RefreshPosted May 19, 2015
Pros: Location, breakfast, free Wi-Fi.
Cons: Needs renovated. Staff could be more welcoming and professional in their duties.
Location: Good location for visiting Baylor University campus. Also close to Downtown areas. The Armstrong Browning Library is amazing, and is really close.
Welcome at reception was lackluster, to say the least. My room was clean, but the bed sheets and covers, although they looked and smelled clean, were extremely wrinkled. There was an old yellow stain on the bedspread, the towels were plentiful, but thin. One of the lamps was non- functioning. The bathroom was in need of renovation and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I appreciated the refrigerator, microwave oven and coffe maker. I liked having free wi-fi and the free breakfast was very good, with plentiful supplies.

I only stayed there a night. Check in was quick. The room was clean. I can't really complain about anything.
