Needs some serious TLCPosted Aug 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
Rooms appeared to be clean overall, but grout is cracking and tile missing in a spot in bathroom. Carpet is extremely worn. Pillows are not standard size. They are squares about half the size of a normal pillow and there were only 3 on a queen for 2 people. Staff was friendly and attentive and we were close to where we wanted to be.

Great value!Posted Aug 6, 2013
Pros: Easy off/on the interstate. Our room faced the interstate but we did not hear any road noise even though the interstate was close to the hotel.
Cons: If you say hang up towels if you want to use them again, then leave them hanging. We received clean towels every day.
Location: Great location - everything we wanted to do was close by!
The check-in staff was very friendly. Our keys wouldn't work and she quickly fixed them. She answered all questions that I had. The room was very nice and quiet! We loved the switch to turn on and off the exhaust fan. The nightlight in the sink area was great!

You get what you pay forPosted Jul 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was exactly what I wanted it to be. The price means you don't get a lot of the frills, but you do get a nice bed, clean sheets, hot water & a comfy chair w/ a desk. I have no complaints about this hotel.

Nice motel close to Baylor UniversityPosted Jul 11, 2013
Pros: The staff was very accommodating and helpful for giving directions to Walmart etc. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: It would be nice to have microwaves in all the rooms.
Location: This was in Waco very close to Baylor University. A must see is the Armstrong Browning Library on the campus - free and open to the public.
I chose this motel because of its proximity to Baylor University where I was scheduled to attend a conference the next day. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room I was in didn't have a microwave (single Queen) but they were more than gracious about letting me use the one in the breakfast to heat my supper. The breakfast selection was good. They had a waffle maker, cereal, fruit, juice, etc and a nice variety. I didn't need fancy so it didn't bother me that they didn't have a fitness center etc. I just needed a comfortable place to spend the night. Overall I was very pleased.
