We had scheduled to stay for about a week, halfway into our stay we had been resting in our room with our 4 kids and the fire alarm went off causing us to run down 12 flights of stairs without shoes to exit into the pouring rain while we waited to find out that a kid pulled the alarm and there was no emergency. The only way we found out was from another guest telling us after waiting in the rain with a group of guests for 15 minutes. Staff never once told everyone it was a false alarm or safe to go back in.

Convenient and walkable to shops and beach, what I didn’t like is I misplace my tote bag that they giveaway when you check in and I ask for another tote bag but they charge $30 for a missing tote bag and the hall carpet need a new one

The bathrooms in the rooms were filthy. The beds shook because the room was situated by the elevator and they charged us extra to move us to another room.

Great for families! Great staff! Loved the location as it’s in the heart of everything and you can easily walk to everything around the area. Night life is poppin. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks at hotel. Only complaint was the parking is valet only at $50 a night. Not many other options in Waikiki. Ala Wei Blvd has free parking but it’s a long walk away. You may find metered parking on some streets that are cheaper but again you have to walk to get it and it’s hit or miss.

Great for families! Enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour drinks that were complimentary. Also enjoyed the location it’s right in the heart of everything. Staff were great! Only complaint is parking is valet only at $50 a night. Not much better parking options in Waikiki area unless you are willing to walk a ways for metered parking. Some free parking on Ala Wei Blvd but it’s hit or miss and a long walk.

Great property, especially if you have children. Very family friendly. Very close to the beach (2 mins walk) and near all the local stores/shops. Also very close to the nearest highway (5-7 mins drive).
