"Great place for our family of 5"
Nice hotel, clean rooms, great pools. The beach across from the hotel wasn't one I would let our kids swim at but it was still a fantastic place to go for a walk and take beautiful pictures. Very close to the coconut marketplace so that was convenient for the little things we forgot to pack as well as for buying souvenirs. Great little place to eat and I wish I could remember the name of the store we bought souvenirs in. The lady there was fantastic! So nice and even remembered us a couple days later when we popped in again.

Today, kayakers and adventurers use the town as a base to explore the Wailua River, Wailua Falls, and the 19th-century plantation village of Kapaa.
