Eher für den kurzen Aufenthalt

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: Grosse Zimmer, Sonnenterrasse und Restaurant
Cons: Freundlichkeit,
Location: Financial District, ground zero, One World Trade Center, Wall Street, Century 21 outlet

Great place--convenient, quiet

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: The location, view, and free water station.
Cons: Only minor complaint was the elevator system.
Location: It is right next door to the 9/11 Memorial and Freedom Tower. It is blocks from the New York Stock Exchange, Trinity Church, & Battery Park.
I love New York and particularly prefer staying on Manhattan, but I don't exactly like all the noise and hustle and bustle of Time Square and the vicinity in the middle of the night. This place was perfect because it was a short train ride to all the tourist spots, but was fairly quiet and honk-free. It also felt pretty safe at night. The best part is the view of the 9/11 Memorial and Freedom Tower. This hotel is literally next door to the Trade Center site. Room was small (typical for NYC), but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially with the elevators, which require that your room card be swiped and seemed a little testy at times (not always reading the card). Each floor has a station where you can fill up bottles with complimentary water. That was a very nice amenity, which we took advantage of every day. We ate at the hotel's restaurant. Food was good and the view of the WTC was amazing, but be prepared to spend a little more. Overall, I would definitely stay at the World Center Hotel again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Nice hotel near World Trade Center

Everything was perfect. Friendly staff. Only thing was that the tv wasn't working. Could barely see any channels. Signal was horrible. I didn't go to watch tv so it wasn't a big problem for me.

Great hotel for the price. Love the snacks in the evening and the coffee/cappuccino machine in the lobby. Tough location to find in a car. Close to everything downtown.

Great location.

Enjoyed being steps away from the 9-11 Memorial which was on out list of things to see. Had an excellent dinner at Morton's Steak House next door. Nightcap at the 20th floor Terrace bar overllooking WTC was an unexpected treat. Hotel staff was very pleasant, helped us with a couple matters. I'd recommend or stay again given the value.
