“Decent, clean, comfortable”

Okay, so I couldn't figure out how to turn on the heat, the room was cramped, and breakfast choices were lacking. But the place offered lots of amenities for the price, like coffee in the room, hairdryer, ironing board, etc, and the beds were comfortable. And the desk was very responsive when we called and said we were short on bath towels. I'd not hesitate to stay there again.

“Walla Walla”

The only reason that I would not recommend is that most of our friends/family have higher expectations than I do... I was dissapointed that I had to climb on furniture to get the heater on to an appropriate temp; I got in later...about 10pm and was just given a key and no orientation except where the room was; the hair dryer outlet did not work.

“Needs update”

The motel was adequate and clean, but in need of some maintenance. Continental breakfast was spare and the serving room very small with only 2 small tables.

“Let down in Walla Walla”

The ad said "complementary" breakfast NOT "continental" breakfast leading me to believe they had more to eat than bagels and bananas. If I'd known, I'd a stayed at the Comfort Inn for the same price, MUCH nicer accommodations, indoor pool, etc. The bed was fine, the mold in the shower was a turn off and I didn't go near the pool. I was very disappointed at what we got for the price. Not to mention the desk man was pretty rude to us and other customers. Since we don't travel much and I was looking forward to the pool and hot tub, this stay was a major let down.

“It was OK”

Hotel was good except for the fact that room service didn't return after the first time coming by to clean and we weren't ready yet. Usually when this happens they will come back in an hour or so but when we returned for the day we found that the room wasn't cleaned and we had to request more towels ourselves. Also, the pool needs more lawn style chairs so people can layout in the sun

“Great location, great value for a 2-star, perfect for budget traveling.”

The room was very clean and a surprise for a 2-star. The location was perfect, walked to Whitman, through downtown, and to the Farmer's Market. Most surprising is how comfortable the bed was.......definitely was not expecting that. Hot tub did not look too inviting.

Area recommendations

Catch the Farmer's Market on Saturdays, it was lovely.

“all in all it was a great motel to stay.”

Great place to stay. Good location. And there is a great local restraurant within walking distance. A must place to dine.
