Don't waist your hard earned money on this hotel,

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Their customer service skills. And back ground check there employees.
When we first checked in they were upset that we booked our trip through Expedia. They were rude, they moved us to 3 rooms total in the matter of a few minutes. In the process my laptop computer was left behind. When I went to get in returned they claimed that they didn't know whAt happened to it! I am speculative that it is one of their employees. They also said to get out because we asked why they kept calling us at 8: am to serve our room when we had a privacy on our door! They just continued to be rude through out the entire 7 day stay! Beware before you check in to and spend money on this hotel.

the hotel was close to stores and on a bus line

Pros: the price the cleanliness and welcoming staff
Cons: the people hanging around out side made me feel a little uneasy
Location: the location was convenient for me and there was lots of little shops just a short walk away and a safeway too
i was visiting a friend at WSP and the location was great the complimentary breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful and welcoming

Even though the carpet color and condition looks like it's been there for "a while"... the overall value was pretty good for just over $50.

Thanksgiving family trip

The room was small but understandable cause we had a 2dbl. Bed room. The room was a bit cold at night but the heat switch works. Need more outlets accessible. The staff was efficient & polite.

Very disappointed!!

Pros: Fairly close to my family. Some distance from my doctors. Nothing is very far apart in Walla Walla though!!
Cons: THE BEDS!!! IT WOULD ALSO BE NICE TO BE ABLE TO FEEL CONFIDENT THAT THE MAIDS WOULD STAY OUT WHEN ASKED!!
I am surprised that this hotel still has mattresses with inner spring coils. The mattresses were extremely OLD, extremely uncomfortable, and kept me from sleeping every night I was there. I have a spine condition that has not been surgically repaired yet and had informed them of this in both the special request section of the online reservation, and in person when I checked in. The manager kept saying that I wasn't able to work with them to change anything to do with the room, etc.!! I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days (doctor appointments and visiting my grandchild). I was in pain the entire time, I had been using the extra pillows in the room to lay on, but when they came into the room to "clean", those pillows turned up missing for more than half of my stay even though I had instructed the staff, in person and with the DND card, to stay out of my room & skip cleaning for at least 3 out of the 5 days. They came in even though that had been both discussed and posted with both the office and the maids. I had to haul my laptop, etc., with me when I left the room because I feared they would be taken (since they couldn't seem to stay out of my room). I would not ever stay here again....even though when I left the motel, the manager said that if I had come to him instead of expedia, he would have given me a better rate than I got from expedia. He had no apparent concern for my complete lack of comfort.

Room was in bad condition, not very clean. Sheets were dingy and stained. Toilet leaked all the time. You had to climb over one of the beds to get to the bathroom. We'll pass on this choice next time.
