“Clean, functional & convenient”

The hotel was completely suitable for our requirements. Free parking was a bonus. A little way from the town centre but reasonably well placed for our needs. We were there to do a Waterloo battlefield tour and although it would have been impractical without using the car it was not a protracted journey from the hotel. Breakfast was more than adequate and set us up for the day. Staff were friendl;y & helpful but it was oibvious that most of their day to day trade comes from the nearby international business park.

“Nice hotel with excellent room”

Been there for just one night on a business trip. Room is beautiful, has a good size and nice high ceilings, staff is friendly and speaks English very well. From earlier visits I know that the restaurant has a very pleasant, airy feeling and the food there is very good. Breakfast was more functional but OK.

“Waterloo”

My original booking with the hotel requested 4 star double room, but when we arrived ,we found that we had been downgraded to 3 star, however they were quick to amend the price accordingly, and so we had no complaint for only a 2 night stay
