Customer service was wonderful. They were very helpful and helped whenever needed. The rooms are not big but still had everything I needed.

This is a comfortable hotel in quiet location, easy access off motorway and walkable into Wavre town. Chain type eateries and Carrefor hypermarket nearby if needed. Good wifi. Free parking. Very welcoming and helpful staff on both evening and morning shifts. Impeccable house keeping. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Good stay!
Super clean room and bathroom- really pleased with this and we found our stay comfortable. Due to Covid-19 measures, checkout was super easy and there was a small self-service/takeout breakfast on offer. TV in room needs looking at. Signal for most channels kept cutting out. We had a warm night but AC unit was noisy so had to be turned off. We had to have a window open to keep cool but our sleep was disturbed due to being close to a busy road, which never went quiet! However, overall we were happy with this Ibis and it was a good one-night pitstop!

Superb hotel
We only stayed the one night. The bed was very comfortable, the room was ist class and the shower was fantastic. The only negative was there wasnt a kettle in the room, however you can get coffee from the bar to take up. The staff were friendly and helpfull and spoke very goid english.

New hotel in perfect condition. Ideal location for business people or people visiting Walibi. For it's price it's a very good hotel. I appreciated being able to park in front of the entrance. The rooms are well decorated, you can see there is an improvement compared to the older IBIS hotels that are more 'sterile'. Bathroom = superclean - general remark for all IBIS hotels: make your sinks bigger and foresee some place to put things... you can hardly move... this decrease comfort Breakfast was good and prepared with an eye for detail. Check-in (on 13/12/17) was fast but rather 'cold'. The staff members present at check out were more experienced and know how to work with customers and make them feel appreciated. OVERALL conclusion : I'll come back ;)

Sufficient but only just
Renovated hotel and the only place to stay within walking distance of Wavre. But budget; comfy beds small rooms, only one towel per person, no tea and coffee making int he room, everything is an extra and staff are nowhere to be found. With a tiny bit of effort it could be sooooo much better!

Simpele budget hotel. Kamers zijn erg sober. Geen waterkoker, prullenmand, koelkast enz. Kaart met informatie was ook niet aanwezig in de kamer. De extra bedden waren wel goed, volwaardig, geen slaapbank. Voldoende schoon

Une chambre tout à fait parfaite pour une ou deux nuits, malheureusement un peu loin du centre ville et proche du trafic routier mais extrêmement bien insonorisée au point qu’on entend absolument rien de l’extérieur. En revanche, les voisins qui cognent les murs et le sol, ça, on les entend bien. La salle du petit déjeuner est propre, et la variété des mets tout à fait satisfaisante.

Het was een erg knus hotel, geen strakke regels dus je kon bij de supermarkt drankjes halen en die op het terras van het hotel opdrinken. De kamer was een beetje klein maar de douche en bed waren topkwaliteit. Zeker een aanrader.

Leuk dat de familiekamer hier effectief 2 aparte bedden heeft voor de kinderen en geen zetelbed waar ze samen in moeten slapen. Bij aankomst in onze kamer bleek wel dat de housekeeping de warmeluchtblazers had aangezet waardoor het 28 graden was op onze kamer. De receptioniste heeft ons zo goed mogelijk proberen helpen door het brengen van een ventilator, maar het bleef behoorlijk warm.

Bonjour,Je ne comprend pas pourquoi vous nous mettez une si mauvaise cote. Vous n'avez même pas logé à l'hôtel. Votre réservation a été annulé car il y avait un default de carte de crédit, vous devez voir cela avec Expedia, nous ne sommes pas responsable. Le 29/04 tout le quartier était complet, les réservations avec des cartes qui ne fonctionnent pas sont automatiquement annulés, Expedia vous ont envoyés deux mail à ce propos avant l'annulation et c'est vous qui n'avez pas réagit. Nous faisons tout ce qui est en notre pouvoir pour que nos clients sois tous satisfaits au maximum. Ce que vous avez fait peut faire beaucoup de mal à notre entreprise. Ce n'est pas correcte.
