AnnoyingPosted Nov 13, 2013
Pros: You can change the temperature to warm or cold.
Cons: Staff to be more aware and helpful
Location: Theres just mac donalds which is annoying and if you don't know your way around you will get lost which i did as there were no signs for the hotel.
I stay at this hotel because it's closer to my work place but i book on expedia as it's fast and simple but the staff member, she was not helpfull as she could not find my bookings, so as the queue got bigger it looked like i was the awkward customer, when the staff member was being pathetic and made me feel as i never booked the room and didn't like the fact I did not book on the website itself. Anyway after waiting 15 minutes or so, FINALLY she found my booking and didn't even appoligise for my wait. So I go to check in my room and guess what, my room key didn't work, so I went back and queued at the back, really annoyed, when the queue was going down then she noticed me and before i could explain the issue, the staff member changed my key as if she knew she made a mistake.

Just OKPosted Sep 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel feels a bit tired with the seats in the restaurant being tatty as well as some bedroom furniture. The walls are paper thin which means being able to hear 'everything' other guests are doing. The staff are friendly in particular the reception staff, but it felt strange being charged a different amount for the same drinks 3 times in a row. The room was clean although I think other similar hotel chains seem to give a better quality of room for a very similar price.

Comfortable StayPosted Sep 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our stay was satisfactory and location ideal for our onward travel South. Had dfficulty getting into room as door would not open however after going back to reception desk member of staff rectified the problem. When we got into room it was clean and comfortable. Excellant selection for breakfast.

Good cheap hotel but 10 minute £10 taxi from TownPosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Good, hotel is a good budget hotel, drinks are expensive and hardly anyone in the hotel. We were the only people left in the bar at 10pm on a Saturday night!!

A place to rest my headPosted Jul 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
Arrived in the day when the weather was hot, turned on a/c which worked to my amazement (normally in other hotels they never work when needed). Was provided with password for Wi-Fi which worked fine had a strong signal to use internet.

Not overly impressedPosted Jun 17, 2013
First impressions were not too bad but the staff were not over friendly and when we complained about the level of noise during the night(which we understand is not their fault) they were completely blasé about the matter and didn't seem to care that we only had 2 hours sleep. Breakfast left a lot to be desired as well as there were no tea bags remaining and the scrambled eggs looked like they had been there for days. To add insult to injury, when we went back to our room before 11am to get our things our key had already been deactivated even though checkout was not until 12.

Very Nice HotelPosted Jun 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff were very friendly, particularly the breakfast staff. The Hotel was very easy to find, with good parking. The room was very clean and I personally liked the wet-room en suite. Breakfast was plentiful with a good buffet choice. Overall a well priced good Hotel
