Convent to I-95.

Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: Close to highway
Cons: Service the AC so it doesn't smell.
Location: Not many places to eat nearby
Nice looking. The room was clean but did smell a little musty. Good free breakfast.

right off the highway

Posted May 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
everything was great, booked online, smooth sailing, but when we got off the highway there is a rundown empty retail/dining lot you drive past to reach the hotel, wasn't inviting to look at, taints the first impression, anything would be an inprovement over a dark lot infront of a rundown place that come before a fine hotel. great job guys. keep it up.

Convenient stop between NC and Florida but pricey

Posted Apr 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
Positives: Front desk staff accommodating and kind, navigable space in accessible room 102 (more than Hampton), except BA which is without an accessible shower for W/C bound person or walk-in. Breakfast had several healthy options, E.g.Hard-boiled egg whites. Negatives: 8 pillows, not 1 comfortable, had to sleep on towels, priciest hotel in town and while it is Hampton-safe, it is not Hampton-clean and fresh. Hampton in town is a converted outdoor motel. Comfort rating was based on poor night's sleep.

Musty smell from A/C unit

Posted Feb 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
They need to clean the A/C units more often. Turned on the fan to help drown out the sound of the nearby I-95 Interstate (I'm a light sleeper). A very bad moldy musty smell quickly filled the room. Other than that, had no complaints about the room or the hotel itself. Friendly staff and the morning breakfast was pretty good. It's close to I-95, so very convenient for stopping overnight.

Great service under the circumstances

Posted Feb 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
My children and I stayed there en route to home. This was all right after a bad winter storm and there were numerous outages. Management had a lot to deal with but still delivered excellent service. We have stayed here prior to this visit and will definitely stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, convenient place to stop off I-95. Will certainly use again if in the area.
