Traveling down I-95 and stayed overnight in Walterboro. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was for the low price. As good as Hampton Inn for $40 less!

Good price for what you get. Great location!

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Location!! Cracker Barrel was across the street.
Cons: better control of guest making noise and making sure guests with pets picked up after their animals.
Location: Cracker Barrel!!!
The hotel was nice for the price. They allow pets which meant that there were lots of dogs and some owners that did NOT clean after their pets. The staff was nice. For the most part the room was clean, except for the used dental floss I found on the bathroom floor. The only thing I did not like were some of the other people there. The people above me had 12 kids jumping off the beds and then got up at 4:30am, talked loud, played with their luggage and stumped around until they left at 5! Thank God they were gone. The breakfast was ok, but their coffee was hot water with a bit of color.

Good Deal.... We have stayed here before....

Posted May 9, 2014
Pros: Nice Staff...
Cons: Upgrade my side of the Queen Bed.... Lump.. ;-)
Location: Cracker Barrel Restaurant across the street...
We have stayed here before and never have been disappointed. Very good Deal for the price. We will stay here again on our North & South Trips. A Cracker Barrel Restaurant just across the street. This last stay we had a free upgrade to a nice suite. I did not ask why, just thanked them very much...... ;-)

Nice and clean

Posted Mar 22, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Big old televisions. They were antiques 5 years ago. Turned on the shower and all I could smell was chlorine. Was afraid to make coffee with the water
Location: Right off highway and next to Cracker Batrrell.
Good breakfast. but coffee was horrible. Probably on account of the chlorinated water.

Very comfy beds, great service and more

Posted Mar 20, 2014
Pros: Staff, beds, and breakfast
Cons: The bathroom could use updating
Location: There is a cracker barrel right across the street, near by stores and close to main innerstate
The included breakfast was great... we were thinking free would be a bagel or a muffin with juice. Instead when we arrived down stairs in the am the was not only that but many cereals and our choice was a make your own waffle ... that's right my daughter got to pour her batter into the fryer and make it herself .... very cool. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The beds were awesome !!! We had traveled 13 hours and with 6 more to go the next day that was a must and they were very comfy (we picked a 2 queen rm).

Worked well for a quick overnight stay

Posted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: Location good, beds comfy, accommodating.
Cons: Bathroom cleanliness, updated
Expedia overbooked this hotel and they had no available rooms when we arrived but quickly remedied the situation... kind of... They had several rooms that had locks in non-working order which they were willing to give us and since we were just staying overnight to break up our Florida-Pennsylvania drive it was ok. They had to let us in and then we just had to make sure one of us stayed inside. Staff was pleasant when we arrived... morning staff- not that great.

Room cleanliness lacking

Posted Feb 13, 2014
Pros: Convenient location along I-95 for a one-night stop. Booked ahead since we often stay at Wyndham hotels with good experiences.
Cons: Room cleanliness.
Location: Nice slection of neighboring restaurants.
Convenient location for one night stop along I-95. Single queen bed in a very small room. Carpet was not well vacuumed with lots of dirt and crumbs along bed frame. The real kicker was finding what looked like part of an animals tooth on top of our bed sheets... YUK. I turned it in at the front desk and all the gal said was "grosssss". Yeah!
