“Great Experience!”

I was very pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was, especially for the price!! The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was totally quiet , well appointed, and spotless. The location was great, and easy to get into Boston. Free parking was a huge bonus, too!

“Not banned in Boston”

Rooms and hallways are kept clean. There was no noticable noise; all was quiet. The breakfast served was good, good choices of food and good atmosphere for eating. My only criticism is that there were no bars in the bathroom for seniors to grab onto.

“Would definitely stay there again”

This was a great location for visiting our son in Cambridge and then seeing sites in Concord, Lexington, and Lowell. Only complaint would be the size of the bathroom which was barely large enough for one person. Bedroom area was quite spacious however.

My son and I were very happy with our accommodations. A very clean room, good internet access, convenient location off 95 and good breakfast selection. Short drive to Bentley U.

“Really Nice”

The only downfall is that I requested a smoking room and when I checked in they only had a non-smoking available. They said they could switch me, but the smoking had no A/C. Needless to say, my husband had to go outside to smoke. There is NO restaurant in or at this hotel. It lists one on the website - but it is CLOSED-plan accordingly. The menus available at the front desk for delivery food is NOT current. We ended up ordering form a NY Pizzeria from town. We were told delivered in 20 minutes and it actually took 1 and a half hours!! Overall, I would recommend!!

“Great value-Very satisfied”

We were very satisfied -- to the extent that while I don't usually write reviews, in this case I want to do so. While the price was low compared to other hotels in the area, the facilities were very good. The room had many small extras such as ironing board, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc., that are sometimes not offered at similar hotels. The "continental breakfast" is an understatement. They include a breakfast buffet with eggs, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, fruit -- way beyond the concept of a continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was closed on Sunday night so we had to go out beyond the neighborhood of the hotel to eat then but that's not really a problem.

Hotel was very impressive from the time we entered. Lobby was very welcoming as well as the staff. Our room was very nice and clean - having a balcony was a delightful addition. Breakfast was yummy - would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

“EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!!!!!!”

We stayed here on 10/16/10 & 10/17/10 & it was a decision that we both are glad we made. Room was clea & cozy. We were on the 6th floor & the only downfall to that was my partner doesn't take elevators...but did lose a few calories climbing the stairs..haha THE FRONT DESK GIRLS WERE AWESOME!!! They coordinated our travel to Cambridge, Boston, etc. They advised on what train(s) to take, where to park, etc. An "out of towner" couldn't have asked for more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location. Very well kept up. Had wonderful fall holiday decorations. Nice large room for breakfast with good selection available
